Our indoor collection is designed to be versatile, catering to everything from compact apartments to dedicated home wellness suites. We offer:

• Solo & Compact Models: Ideal for en-suites or spare corners, with footprints as small as 90cm x 90cm.
• Mid-Size & Family Cabins: Designed for 2–4 people, these fit comfortably into home gyms or converted garage spaces.

When planning your space, ensure there is a small gap for ventilation (typically 20-50mm) between the cabin and your walls.

Choosing the right heating technology is essential for your recovery goals:

• Infrared Saunas: Use advanced carbon or ceramic heaters to emit radiant heat that penetrates the body directly. These operate at lower, more comfortable temperatures (45°C–60°C) and are perfect for detoxification and deep muscle recovery.
• Hybrid Saunas: The ultimate in flexibility. These units combine Infrared Dual Heat with traditional steam (harvia-style) heaters. You can enjoy the dry, targeted heat of infrared one day and the high-humidity, intense heat of a traditional steam session the next.

Yes. Unlike outdoor barrel saunas, our indoor units are precision-engineered to be lightweight and structurally stable. They are delivered as modular panels that can easily be carried through standard doorways and upstairs. Because they utilise dry heat or controlled steam, they do not require complex plumbing or drainage, making them suitable for almost any room with a level floor.

Most of our compact and infrared models are designed for 13-Amp "Plug and Play" connectivity, meaning they can be plugged into a standard UK household socket. Larger hybrid or multi-person models may require a dedicated 32-Amp supply installed by a qualified electrician. We recommend checking the specific technical data sheet for your chosen model to ensure your home's circuitry is compatible.

While our indoor saunas are designed for straightforward self-assembly using an intuitive "click-clack" or panel-joinery system, we understand that many clients prefer a turnkey solution.

• Infrared: Sessions typically last 30–45 minutes due to the lower ambient air temperature.
• Traditional/Hybrid: We recommend 15–20 minutes at higher temperatures.
