5. Installation

• The interlocking EZ™ panels click together with the supplied tools; most infrared cabins assemble in around 30 minutes with two people.

The SaunaMed Luxury Cedar 2-Person Sauna is heated by five DuraWave™ EMR Neutral™ far infrared ceramic emitters, designed to deliver the deep, gentle, long-wave warmth associated with quality far infrared saunas.
Heater Specifications
This model is fitted with 5 × DuraWave™ 100% pure FAR infrared ceramic heaters (lava-sand filled), drawing up to 1750 W in total. The cabin operates across a temperature range of 20°C to 60°C and pre-heats in approximately 10–15 minutes, making it quick and convenient for everyday use.

SaunaMed Luxury Cedar 2-Person Infrared Sauna Electrical Supply

The SaunaMed Luxury Cedar 2-Person Sauna is supplied as 13A plug-and-play, designed to connect to a standard UK 13-amp domestic socket. An extra-long power cable is fed from the roof of the cabin, so no hard-wiring is required for the standard configuration.
Because it runs from a standard household socket, most customers can install this sauna without an electrician. We recommend that the socket and circuit are in good condition and not shared with other high-load appliances.
If you have any doubt about the suitability of your electrical supply, or if your installation is anything other than a standard socket connection, all electrical work should be carried out by a qualified electrician to ensure compliance with UK electrical safety regulations (BS 7671).

This SaunaMed sauna comes with a 5-year cabin guarantee and a 2-year electrical guarantee as published, giving you long-term confidence in your purchase. This covers manufacturing or technical defects that may arise during normal use within the relevant warranty period.
Please note: the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or negligence. Issues resulting from water exposure, impacts, scratches or other forms of accidental damage are not included.
An optional 3-Year Extended Electrical Parts Warranty is available for residential installations at additional cost . Your sales invoice acts as proof of warranty, clearly stating the start and end dates of your coverage.

Return & Refund Policy
