3. Delivery to your address
The sauna is delivered to your address by a two-person team, by pre-arranged appointment, to UK mainland locations. When in stock, delivery is typically 3–5 working days. Please ensure someone is available to receive the boxes, which are large and heavy.
4. Receipt & inspection
Inspect all packaging for visible damage on arrival. Open the boxes and check that all parts listed in the manual are present and undamaged. Contact customer support immediately if anything is missing or damaged, and keep all packaging until the sauna is fully assembled and working.
5. Installation
The cabin is designed for straightforward self-assembly using the interlocking EZ™ connection system and the supplied tools; two people are recommended. Requirements before installation: a level, dry indoor floor able to support the sauna's weight; a standard UK 13-amp socket within reach of the 3 m power cable; and adequate clearance and ventilation around the unit. After assembly, test the heater, digital controls, lighting and audio.

The SaunaMed Classic Hemlock 3-Person is heated by six DuraWave™ EMR Neutral™ 100% pure far-infrared ceramic emitters, lava-sand filled and rated up to 2100 W in total. These emitters radiate a gentle, long-wave far-infrared warmth designed for comfortable, extended sessions.

Heater Specifications

The cabin uses six DuraWave™ FAR ceramic emitters delivering up to 2100 W. The temperature range is typically 20°C–60°C, and the cabin pre-heats in around 10–15 minutes. The emitters are engineered around SaunaMed's EMR Neutral™ design for an exceptionally low electromagnetic output.
