The cabin uses four DuraWave™ EMR Neutral™ 100% pure FAR infrared ceramic emitters, lava-sand filled, for a long-wave infrared output. The operating temperature range is approximately 20°C–60°C, and the cabin typically pre-heats in around 10–15 minutes.

An optional 3-Year Extended Electrical Parts Warranty is available separately for residential installations, extending cover on the electrical components.
