4. Receipt & inspection
   Inspect all packaging for visible damage on arrival. Open the boxes and check that all parts listed in the manual are present and undamaged. Contact customer support immediately if anything is missing or damaged, and keep all packaging until the sauna is fully assembled and working.

5. Installation 
   This model is 13A plug-and-play and can be self-assembled using the interlocked EZ panel system and supplied tools. Requirements before installation: a dry, level floor able to support the cabin's weight; a nearby standard 13-amp socket; and adequate clearance and ventilation around the unit. After assembly, test the heater, digital controls, lighting and audio. A professional assembly service can be arranged at additional cost if preferred.

6. Warranty & aftercare 
   Your sauna is covered by the manufacturer's guarantee (5-year cabin / 2-year electrical. Keep your proof of purchase for any future service or warranty claim, and follow the care guidance in the manual.

The SaunaMed Classic Hemlock 4-Person sauna is heated by eight DuraWave EMR Neutral far-infrared ceramic emitters, engineered to deliver gentle, long-wave warmth that heats the body directly rather than the surrounding air. This creates a comfortable, breathable environment well suited to longer relaxation sessions.

Heater Specifications
The cabin uses 8 × DuraWave lava-sand-filled far-infrared ceramic emitters with a combined output of up to 2,800 W. The temperature range is typically 20°C–60°C, and the cabin pre-heats in approximately 10–15 minutes. The emitters use SaunaMed's EMR Neutral design, engineered for ultra-low electromagnetic emissions during use.

Warranty For SaunaMed Classic Hemlock 4-Person FAR Infrared Sauna

Every SaunaMed infrared sauna is supplied with a 5-year cabin guarantee and a 2-year electrical guarantee as standard giving you long-term confidence in your purchase. This cover applies to manufacturing or technical defects arising during normal use within the guarantee period.  An optional 3-Year Extended Electrical Parts Warranty is available for residential installations at additional cost. 

Please note: the guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect or accident. Issues resulting from water exposure, impacts, scratches or other accidental damage are not included. Your sales invoice acts as proof of guarantee, showing the start and end dates of your cover.
