Delivery Information:
Most Deliveries to the UK Mainland are Free of Charge
We deliver to the UK from suppliers based in the UK and Europe. This enables us to provide speedy delivery times, though these may vary depending on your location, the size of your order, and the supplier's delivery method. Most products are typically delivered within 2 to 5 days.
However, certain items, particularly from our European suppliers, may take longer. More precise delivery estimates can be found on the delivery tab of the selected product on Balance Recovery.
Unloading Policy:
We are pleased to offer free delivery to Mainland UK on most orders.
Products supplied from outside the UK, including those sourced from European partners, are delivered via specialist logistics providers. While delivery is included as stated, please be advised that unloading and placement of goods are not included in the standard delivery price for some products.
Standard delivery covers transport to the delivery address only. Doorstep delivery, unloading, and movement of products beyond the delivery vehicle are available at an additional charge, which must be agreed and arranged before dispatch.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that suitable access, personnel, and equipment are available if unloading or on-site handling is required but not pre-booked.

Shipping Times
Shipping times vary by product, and you can find estimated delivery dates on each product page. You'll also find extra details about delivery on the 'Delivery' tab of each product page.
While we usually see packages reach their happy new owners in 3 to 5 business days, larger or bespoke items may take longer. This depends on the carrier and your location, so we appreciate your patience. Please bear in mind that these delivery times are estimates and can occasionally vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Order Confirmation
As soon as you've placed your order, you'll receive a confirmation email from us. This means we've received your order and reserved the payment.
We will then double-check our inventory to ensure your items are available. If something is back-ordered or unavailable, we will cancel the payment reservation and contact you to discuss the next steps.
If all items are available (typically within two business days), we will process the payment and release your order for dispatch. The dispatch team will then contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date and time.
