All saunas in this collection are delivered as complete flat-pack kits. This makes them ideal for UK homes with restricted garden access (such as narrow side gates or passages) where a crane-lifted modular unit wouldn't be possible. The components arrive safely palletised at your nearest kerbside location, ready for assembly on-site.

No, our saunas are made to order. This ensures that the Thermowood is freshly processed and that the kit includes the latest components, specifically for your order. We don't sell "off-the-shelf" units that have been sitting in a warehouse.

Because your sauna is built to order and then transported to the UK, our typical delivery window is 6 to 8 weeks. Once your kit is ready, we will coordinate a delivery date that works for you.

Yes, our flat-pack kits are designed for relatively straightforward assembly. We recommend always having someone with highly experienced DIY skills; ideally, a qualified carpenter. We provide comprehensive instructions, and because the panels and staves are precision-cut, they fit together with high accuracy. If you prefer, our team can handle the installation for you. We will assemble the build and mount the heater. You can request a quote here.

You need a solid, level, and well-drained foundation. This can be a concrete pad, paving slabs, or a heavy-duty timber deck. We always recommend having a base that can withstand the weight of the sauna plus the capacity of the occupants. Because these kits are made of premium Thermowood, the base must be level to ensure the structure seals correctly during assembly.

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland. Please note that deliveries to offshore destinations—such as the Isle of Wight, Guernsey, and Jersey—may incur additional shipping surcharges.

Our kits include high-quality heaters that require a dedicated power supply. For UK safety standards, this must be installed by a qualified electrician. We use Thermowood because it is specifically treated to withstand the damp UK climate. The heat-treatment process makes the timber resistant to rot. It significantly reduces the wood's natural "movement" (expanding and shrinking), which is essential for maintaining a tight seal in a flat-pack sauna.
