Important Care Instructions
Wood Treatment Requirement
If your wooden product is supplied as a self-assembly kit, it must be treated both internally and externally with a suitable breathable wood oil immediately after assembly. This is a mandatory requirement for warranty validation.

Reporting Missing or Defective Parts
Upon delivery and during assembly, please inspect all components carefully. If any parts are missing or defective, take clear photographs and contact us at contact@balancerecovery.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Claims for missing items submitted after this period will not be covered under the warranty. However, we may still supply replacement parts outside this window, though charges will apply.

Installation Surface
Your sauna must be installed on a level, pre-prepared foundation to ensure correct alignment and proper functioning of doors and windows.

Warranty Coverage
The warranty is valid for:
2 years from the date of handover for professionally installed saunas.
1 year for self-assembled saunas, provided all installation and finishing guidelines are followed.

The warranty includes:
Structural and manufacturing defects.
Missing components reported within the required timeframe.
Assessment and investigation by specialists, if necessary.
The warranty does not extend if replacement parts are supplied during the warranty period.

Warranty Exclusions
The following are not covered under the warranty:
Assembly Errors: Any damage resulting from incorrect self-assembly or failure to follow the supplied installation instructions.

Improper Storage: Damage caused by storing the product outdoors in flat-pack form or exposing it to weather conditions before assembly.

Transportation: Any transport-related damage must be reported directly to the transport company.

Incorrect Installation: Including installations on uneven surfaces or failure to follow the assembly guidelines.

Lack of Finishing: Failure to treat the wood inside and out with appropriate breathable wood oil immediately after assembly.

Natural Wood Characteristics: Including movement due to temperature or humidity (expansion or contraction), variations in colour or grain, knots, resin pockets, and minor cracking.

Glass & External Factors: Damage to glass caused by the buyer, condensation on glass, or damage resulting from theft, vandalism, or extreme weather events.

Conditions That Invalidate the Warranty
Failure to Inspect Upon Delivery:
The warranty will be void if the customer does not thoroughly inspect the delivery for quantity, quality, and condition before assembly. Any missing components must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Reports after this timeframe may still be addressed, but replacement parts will be chargeable.

Installing Known Faults:
Proceeding with assembly using parts that were clearly damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Incorrect or Incomplete Information:
Providing false details or failing to provide proof of purchase may render warranty claims invalid.

You will receive a confirmation email immediately with your order details, estimated delivery timeframe, and any next steps.

To help ensure a smooth delivery, you are very welcome to send us a detailed video of your property and the surrounding area where the sauna will be delivered and installed. This allows us to check access for the delivery vehicle and unloading equipment and helps avoid any unexpected issues on delivery day.

2. Order Processing & Manufacture

Once your order is confirmed, production is scheduled.

3. Delivery Organisation – FREE Kerbside Delivery & Unloading

The delivery team will unload the pallet from the vehicle

Delivery is pre-scheduled, and you will be notified of the date and time

Please note: kerbside delivery does not include moving components beyond the kerbside or positioning the sauna on its base.

4. Pre-Installation Preparation

Before delivery, please ensure the installation site is ready:

A level, solid base capable of supporting approximately 350–450 kg (empty) plus occupants

Clear access from the kerbside drop-off point to the installation area
