Balance Recovery Aurora Outdoor Sauna — 4–6 Person Cabin
Who it's for & sizing. The Aurora suits households and groups that want a design-led, year-round garden sauna with room to share. Its single steam room and facing two-tier benches are sized for 4–6 people allow space around the external footprint of approximately 300 × 240 cm for clearance, ventilation and safe access, plus room to prepare a firm, level base.
1. Place your order
Choose your Aurora and complete your order; you will receive a confirmation with your order details and reference number. The estimated delivery time is typically 6–8 weeks. You are welcome to send us a short video or photos of your access route in advance, as the Aurora is delivered kerbside.
2. Order processing & manufacturing
Each Aurora is handcrafted to order from premium Thermowood and shipped as a palletised flat-pack complete kit. Your kit includes the cabin components, curved shingle roof covering, full-height glazed front and glass door, two-tier benches, signature juniper log-end detailing, RGB LED lighting, the Harvia Cilindro PC90 9kW heater with sauna stones, 2× headrests, and a bucket, ladle & thermometer set, together with fixings and the illustrated assembly manual.
3. Delivery organisation – FREE kerbside delivery & unloading
Your Aurora is delivered on a pallet with free kerbside delivery and unloading included. The delivery team unloads the pallet from the vehicle to the nearest safe kerbside point at your property, with the date and time confirmed in advance. Kerbside delivery does not include moving components beyond the kerbside or positioning the sauna on its base.
4. Pre-installation preparation
Prepare a level, solid foundation able to support the assembled cabin (build weight approx. 850 kg) — for example a concrete pad or suitably-bearing slabs — with clearance and ventilation around the unit. Arrange a dedicated single-phase electrical supply for the heater, with correct cable sizing and a suitably-rated isolator, ready for a qualified electrician (see the Electrical Supply tab).
5. Delivery day & unloading
On delivery day the team unloads the pallet at the kerbside. You are responsible for moving the components from the kerbside to the installation area and positioning them on the prepared base. Please inspect everything on arrival and report any missing or damaged items within 24 hours.
6. Installation options
The Aurora is supplied as a complete flat-pack kit for self-assembly, typically a 1–3 day job for two people using the illustrated manual. Alternatively, choose our professional installation service at a fixed price of £[CONFIRM] + VAT, covering mainland UK (England); surcharges apply to certain outlying areas. Electrical connection is not included and must be completed by a qualified electrician.
7. Finishing touches & safety check
Once assembled, treat the timber inside and out with an appropriate breathable, oil-based wood treatment — this is mandatory to validate your warranty. Complete the electrical connection with a qualified electrician, then run a first warm-up to around 80 °C to check the heater and lighting before your first session.
8. Enjoy your sauna & ongoing support
Your Aurora is ready to deliver a premium outdoor wellness experience for up to six people. Professionally installed saunas carry a 2-year warranty; self-assembled saunas include a 1-year warranty (provided all installation and finishing guidelines are followed). As a made-to-order item it is non-refundable once production begins — please see the Return & Refund Policy tab. Our UK team is on hand for ongoing support and aftercare.
