All saunas are held in our UK warehouse and delivered as a precision-engineered flat-pack kit. We provide free kerbside delivery within mainland UK. The components arrive securely palletised; our delivery team will unload the pallet via a pump truck or trolley to the nearest safe point at your property. To ensure a smooth delivery, we may request photos or a video of your access route beforehand.

• Infrared (Holl’s Quartz/Carbon): Uses infrared emitters to heat the body directly. Ideal for quick start-ups and deep tissue relaxation.
• Traditional (Steam): Uses a classic sauna stove with lava stones to heat the air, allowing for "Löyly" (steam) sessions.
• Hybrid Technology: Featured in many Holl's models, this combines Quartz Infrared and Steam in a single cabin, allowing you to choose the type of session you want depending on your mood.

Yes. All electrical work is entirely the customer’s responsibility and must be carried out by a qualified, certified electrician.

• Model-specific requirements vary by model. You must ensure correct cable sizing, breakers, and isolators in compliance with UK regulations (BS 7671).
• Warranty Note: Failure to use a qualified electrician or meet the required electrical standards will void your warranty. We recommend providing your electrician with the manufacturer’s manual prior to the delivery date.
  
  

We offer two pathways for setup:

• Self-Assembly: Most saunas take 1–2 days to assemble. We provide a detailed manual and recommend having sufficient manpower and tools ready on delivery day.
• Professional Installation (Optional): You can request a quote for our professional installation service directly on the product page Our experienced carpenters can typically complete the assembly within one full day. Pricing is determined by your distance from our warehouse.

Your sauna must be placed on a level, stable foundation capable of supporting the full weight of the cabin and its occupants. Suitable bases include reinforced concrete, level paving slabs, or a heavy-duty timber deck. A level base is critical to ensure that the precision-cut wood panels and glass doors align perfectly during assembly.

To keep your warranty valid, you must apply a breathable oil-based finish to both the interior and exterior wood surfaces once assembly is complete. This protects the premium-grade timber from moisture and temperature fluctuations. Additionally, any missing or damaged parts must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to maintain eligibility for replacements.

While many France Sauna and Holl's models are designed for indoor luxury, we do offer specific outdoor models built with enhanced weather resistance. For indoor models, the area must be dry and well-ventilated. For outdoor setups, ensuring the foundation has adequate drainage is essential for the structure's longevity.
