Following these steps will help ensure a seamless delivery and setup of your Holl’s Sauna or France Sauna, whether you are installing it at home or in a professional wellness environment.

1. Place Your Order

  • Choose your preferred Holl’s Sauna or France Sauna model — whether infrared, traditional indoor, hybrid, or outdoor. Complete your purchase on our website by providing your delivery address.
  • The price listed includes delivery within mainland UK (exclusions include the Channel Islands, areas of Scotland, and Ireland).
  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately with your order details, estimated delivery timeframe, and next steps.
  • To ensure smooth access on the day of delivery, we may request photos or a short video of the delivery area, access routes, or surrounding space. 
  • This helps our logistics team confirm the feasibility of delivery and kerbside unloading requirements.
  • All saunas are held in our UK warehouse and prepared for dispatch once your order is confirmed. Kerbside delivery and unloading are included at no additional cost.

2. Order Processing & Preparation

  • Once your order is confirmed, your sauna is scheduled for preparation and dispatch.
  • Our saunas are crafted from premium-grade wood, selected for durability, insulation, and aesthetic quality.
  • All components — including the cabin structure, benches, glazing, and heating elements — are prepared, quality checked, and securely packaged for shipment.

3. Delivery Organisation

When your sauna is ready, we organise pallet delivery of the flat-pack components to your address (kerbside).

You will be notified of:

  • Delivery date
  • Estimated time window
  • Any access requirements (e.g., suitable driveway space for pallet trucks)
  • Your sauna is dispatched directly from our UK warehouse, and unloading is included at no additional charge.

4. Pre-Installation Preparation

Before delivery, please ensure:

  • A suitable foundation
  • The base must be level, stable, and capable of supporting the sauna’s full weight, including that of its occupants.
  • Clear access
  • Access routes should be unobstructed to facilitate the movement of pallets and components.
  • Electrical Preparation (Customer’s Responsibility)
  • All electrical work is entirely the customer’s responsibility.

You must:

  • Arrange for a qualified electrician prior to installation.

  • Ensure correct cable sizing, breaker and isolator selection, and compliance with UK electrical regulations (e.g., BS 7671).

All electrical installations are the customer’s responsibility and must be carried out by a qualified, certified electrician. Every property is different, so electrical requirements may vary depending on the layout, cable run length, and your home’s existing supply.

  • The Canopée 2-Person Sauna operates on a 230–240V single-phase supply.
  • Total power draw is approximately 2,150W.
  • A dedicated electrical line is recommended, typically using 2.5mm² cabling, though your electrician must confirm the correct size based on your property.
  • The sauna must be hard-wired—it is not plug-and-play.
  • An RCD-protected circuit and appropriately rated breaker must be installed.

Once your sauna is prepared for dispatch from our UK warehouse, we will schedule a kerbside pallet delivery to your address.

You will receive:

  • A confirmed delivery date
  • An estimated arrival window
  • Any access requirements for pallet unloading

2. Access Requirements

To ensure smooth delivery, please make sure:

  • Driveways or kerbside areas are accessible for a pallet truck.
  • Access routes are clear of obstacles.
  • Pathways are wide enough to allow the pallet to be moved safely.
  • We may request photos or a short video of your access route to confirm suitability for the delivery vehicle and equipment.

3. Unloading

Kerbside unloading is included at no extra charge.

Our delivery team will:

  • Unload the pallet (via pump truck, where possible)
  • Place the components at the kerbside or the nearest accessible point.

4. Inspection on Delivery

Immediately after unloading:

  • Check all components for damage.
  • Confirm all parts are present.
  • Report any missing or damaged items within 24 hours.
  • This ensures your warranty and delivery protections remain valid.

2. Electrical Requirements (Customer Responsibility)

All electrical work is the customer’s responsibility and must be carried out by a qualified electrician.

  • Review of the sauna’s electrical manual before installation

Self-Assembly

  • If you prefer to install the sauna yourself, follow the detailed assembly manual.
  • Prepare adequate tools and manpower.
  • Allow 1–2 days for assembly, depending on experience.

4. Final Installation Check

Once assembled:

  • Ensure the structure is level.
  • Confirm all glazing, doors, and ventilation are aligned.
  • Have your electrician complete the final wiring and safety testing.
  • After electrical certification, your sauna is ready for use.
Warranty +

All the components of Holl’s saunas are guaranteed for 2 years. The warranty comes into force on the date of dispatch (corresponding to the date the invoice is issued).

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • Malfunction or damage arising from installation, usage or repair that is not in compliance with the safety instructions.
  • Malfunction or damage arising from conditions that are unsuitable for the equipment's originally intended purpose.
  • Damage arising from negligence, accident or force majeure (thunderstorm or bad weather).
  • Malfunction or damage arising from the use of non-authorised accessories
  • The warranty does not cover the costs associated with returning the cabin or any of its components to our workshops.
  • Under the warranty, if an item is deemed defective by our technicians, it will be exchanged.
  • Information and explanations required for their installation will be provided by one of our technicians.
  • Costs linked to the use of subcontract labour provided by a third party cannot be covered by Holl’s.
Return & Refund Policy +

At any time after submitting your order online or by telephone and up to 14 days following the date you receive the items from us (“Cooling Off Period”) you decide you no longer want an item, we will be happy to exchange the item or give you a full refund provided that you notify our After Sales team at any time before the Cooling Off Period ends by post or email that you wish to cancel the item and, where the item has already been delivered, it must be returned to us ‘as new’ – unused and complete in the original packaging.

If at the time of cancellation the item has already been dispatched or delivered to you, you must return the cancelled item to us (at your own cost) in accordance with our returns policy. Please package the item securely and return it to us together with the original delivery note.

If the goods are faulty, please see the defective or damaged goods below. Please contact our After Sales team for more information.

The Consumer Contracts Regulations require refunds to be made within 14 days of the date the customer sends notice of cancellation.

If you are purchasing an item from Balance Recovery by distance means (whether online or via telephone) as a business and not as a consumer, items may only be returned for a refund at Balance Recovery’s discretion; non-stock items are subject to a restocking charge of 25% of the relevant order value. Custom-manufactured items may not be refundable.

If you wish to cancel an item you have ordered, please notify our After-Sales team by email. As we process orders immediately, it may not always be possible to prevent an item from being dispatched.

We will refund the reasonable costs you incur in returning the following items to us:

  • Items we delivered to you in error
  • Items which are faulty or damaged upon delivery
  • Items which are substitutes for items originally ordered

We ask that you send us copies of receipts for such costs.

In all other circumstances (including where you cancel an item during the Cooling-Off Period), you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

Suppose we do not receive the original item back from you, together with the original delivery note. In that case, we may arrange for the collection of the item from the delivery address and may recover from you the charges (not exceeding direct costs) we incur in doing so. Until you return items to us, you are responsible for their safekeeping and taking reasonable care of them. We do not accept liability for packages damaged during transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap items adequately to prevent damage.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If the item/s you ordered are damaged or have parts missing upon receipt, provided you inform our After Sales team within 48 hours of receiving the items (supplying them with the reference details shown on the delivery documentation together with details of the damage or missing items and pictures of any damage), we will offer a replacement or a refund.
  • If the item(s) you ordered are faulty upon receipt or fail within the first 30 days, we will collect the defective item(s) and offer a replacement or a refund.
  • We will typically collect damaged or faulty items within the first 30 days after receipt of the goods. Please contact our After Sales team before returning damaged or defective goods. Refunds will be credited only to the payment method used for the original purchase.
