• The Trade-off: A 13-amp 5-person tub is limited in power. Typically, when the massage jets are turned on to full speed, the heater will temporarily switch off.
• The Benefit: It significantly reduces your upfront costs, as you do not need a dedicated electrical circuit installed by a contractor. It is the perfect entry point for large family relaxation.

When choosing a large tub, the seating configuration is the most important comfort decision:

• Single Lounger: Features one reclined "bed" for full-body hydrotherapy and 4 to 5 upright seats. This is the best "social" layout, as the upright seats allow users to face each other for conversation.
• Dual Lounger: Provides two reclining seats, ideal for couples who both want a full-body massage at the same time. This reduces the number of upright seats but offers a more "luxury spa" feel for two people.

For a "no-compromise" experience in a large tub, a 32-amp supply is highly recommended.
