1. Place Your Order & Site Check

• The Access Video: The Cove Retreat has a width of 177cm and a length of 203cm. While it is more compact than the Encore SE, we still require a walkthrough video from the kerbside to your installation base.
• The Metrics: With a depth of 83cm, this tub is designed to pass through many standard side gates that larger square tubs cannot. Please note any tight corners or overhanging meters/pipes in your video.

2. Limited Access? (Please Read)

• Due to its rectangular shape, the Retreat is often easier to manoeuvre on its side. However, if your path is narrower than 880mm (83cm depth + 50mm buffer), a crane or hiab may be required.
• Responsibility: If a crane is needed, the customer must arrange this with a local provider. We can liaise with your chosen crane operator to ensure the lift timing matches our arrival.

3. Manufacture & Preparation

• Your Retreat is manufactured by Nordic Hot Tubs in Michigan, USA. We prepare each unit with the Nordic Permashell™—a matte-finish HDPE shell that is virtually indestructible.

4. Delivery Scheduling

• Once your Retreat clears its final check, we will contact you to book an all-day delivery slot. Our team will call you roughly one hour before arrival to ensure you are ready for the installation.

Important: Our team will perform the final connection from your isolator to the spa. However, we cannot install the primary circuit, the breaker, or the rotary isolator itself.

• Change of Mind: Because these items are specialised and, where applicable, configured to order, we cannot accept returns or refunds for a "change of mind".
• Accuracy: Please verify all site dimensions, specifications and technical requirements before finalising your order.

2. Order Cancellations and Amendments

• Cancellation Window: You may cancel or amend your order at any time before it is confirmed for production or dispatch.
• After Confirmation: Once a special order has been confirmed for manufacture or dispatch, cancellations and amendments may no longer be possible.
• Accuracy Check: Amendments after order placement are subject to confirmation and may not be possible once your specification has been released.

3. Reporting Transit Damage or Missing Items
