The Alpina Large Panorama is an architectural masterclass. Combining the massive thermal mass of 110mm insulated walls with a dual-room layout, it provides a seamless transition from the private changing vestibule to a high-capacity 13.13 m³ sauna chamber. This is a 1.8-tonne structure designed for those who demand zero compromise on heat retention and aesthetic scale.
1. The "Large Panorama" Profile

The Scale: 3.51 m Width x 2.28 m Depth. A dominating garden presence.

The Mass: 1,838 kg (Net Weight). This structure is equivalent in weight to a large SUV.

The Insulation: 110mm wall elements (80mm of high-density insulation) mean this sauna reaches temperature faster and holds it longer than any solid-log alternative.

The Layout: Includes a dedicated vestibule (changing room) to keep the heat locked in the main chamber and provide a private space for transition.
2. Phase One: The "Zero-Sink" Foundation
With a gross operating weight (including 5-7 occupants and hardware) exceeding 2,500 kg, site prep is the single most important step.

The Requirement: A steel-reinforced concrete pad (min. 150mm depth) is mandatory.

The Precision: Due to the large 3.5m span and the 110mm interlocking wall elements, the base must be level to within 2mm. Any deviation will cause the insulated panels to "stair-step," leading to heat leaks and potential glass stress.
3. Logistics & Arrival (The 2-Tonne Crane Requirement)
Do not underestimate the arrival of this unit.

The Crate: Arrives as a high-density, oversized pallet. Gross weight approx. 2,000 kg.

Offloading: Standard tail-lifts are insufficient. A Hiab (crane arm) vehicle or heavy-duty telehandler is required. * Access: The site must be accessible by a 26-tonne vehicle with enough clearance for the crane arm to deploy.

Inspection: You must visually inspect the insulating glass windows (1476 x 561 mm) within 24 hours of delivery.
4. Phase Two: Choose Your Heat Source (13.13 m³)
To effectively heat this large, insulated volume, we offer two high-performance proposals:

5. Electrical Supply & Responsibility
The provision of a safe, compliant electrical supply is the sole responsibility of the customer.

The Mandate: You must consult a qualified, registered electrician.

Judgment: You must always defer to your electrician’s professional judgment regarding the 11kW load (approx. 48 Amps) and your property's main fuse capacity.

The Silicone Rule: All internal wiring must be SiHF-JB high-temperature silicone (rated to 180°C). Standard house wiring will melt and is a fire hazard in this environment.
6. Installation Pathways & Warranty

7. Mandatory Weatherproofing (The 7-Day Rule)
To protect the 110mm spruce/pine elements:

7-Day Seal: Treat the exterior with UV-resistant wood oil within one week of assembly.

The Cap: A professional roofing membrane (EPDM or Bitumen) must be installed immediately to protect the insulated core from water ingress.
