The wood-fired heating itself does not require electricity on the Harvia and Celsium models in this collection. However, optional features such as lighting, filtration systems or other accessories may require an electrical supply.

Heating time varies according to the model, water volume, outdoor temperature and fuel quality. The Celsium Benas models typically reach a comfortable soaking temperature in around 1.5–2 hours.

Capacity depends on the selected model. The Harvia Hazy M accommodates approximately 4–6 people, while Celsium models range from approximately 4–9 people, depending on tub size and stove configuration.

An internal stove sits inside the hot tub, helping create a more compact overall footprint but reducing some bathing space. An external stove sits outside the tub, leaving more interior room available for seating.

Yes, wood-fired hot tubs can be used throughout the year when installed and maintained correctly. During freezing conditions, the tub, heater and pipework may need to be fully drained when not in use to prevent freeze damage.

A wood-fired hot tub should be installed on a flat, level and load-bearing base capable of supporting the tub, water and occupants. Suitable surfaces can include concrete, paving or a properly engineered equivalent, depending on the product and installation requirements.
