4. Preparation Checklist (Pre-Delivery)

While we handle the heavy lifting of the build, the "stage" must be set.

• The Foundation: Your hot tub requires a flat, level, and solid base. When full of water and friends, the Breezy M weighs approximately 2,000 kg.
  • Approved: Concrete pads, paving slabs, or reinforced timber decking.
  • Avoid: Bare grass or soil (it will sink).
• Electrical Installation: The heater is wood-fired, but if you opted for the LED lighting or a filtration system, you need power.
  • Requirement: A standard 13-amp outdoor socket or fused spur must be installed by a qualified electrician before we arrive.

1. Delivery & Professional Handling

• Specialist UK Logistics: Your hot tub is dispatched from our North Yorkshire facility. Our team uses a dedicated fleet of vehicles, primarily 4×4s and trailers, allowing us to access properties that standard heavy goods vehicles cannot reach.
• Professional Handover: As part of our service, we assist in positioning the tub at its final location (where site access permits) and complete the technical assembly, including connecting the heater, outlet valves, and flue set.
• Inspection: Upon arrival, the hot tub will be securely palletised and weather-wrapped. Our team will perform a post-delivery inspection to ensure all components are in pristine condition.

2. Preparation Checklist (Pre-Delivery)

To ensure a smooth installation process, please prepare the following before our team arrives:

• Foundation: The hot tub must be placed on a flat, level, and load-bearing base. When filled, the Breezy M weighs approximately 2,000 kg (1,540 L of water plus the tub weight and occupants).
• Recommended Surfaces: Concrete slabs, paving stones, or a compacted gravel base (6–16 mm aggregate).
• Important Warning: Never place the tub directly on grass or soil. The weight may cause sinking, which can warp the structure and obstruct the heater door.
• Access Route: The tub measures approximately 170 cm in diameter. Ensure gates, paths, and entry points are clear of obstacles. We may request a site video or photos in advance to confirm access.
• Fire Safety Clearances:
  • Chimney Clearance: The chimney top must remain at least 3 metres away from flammable materials such as rooflines, trees, or branches.
  • Heater Base: The area directly beneath and in front of the heater must be non-flammable (e.g., concrete, sand, paving stone, or a protective metal plate).

3. Technical & Electrical Integration

The Breezy M is primarily a wood-fired system and can operate independently of electricity. However, optional features may require electrical integration.

• Optional LED Lighting: If you have selected the factory-installed Corona M LED lighting system, a nearby outdoor electrical supply will be required.
• Electrical Safety: Any electrical connections for LED systems, filtration units, or optional heat pumps must be installed by a qualified electrician and protected by a 30mA RCD.
• Gravity Drainage: The drainage outlet is located opposite the heater. It can be connected to a 38 mm hose to direct water safely away from the installation base.

4. Critical Safety Rule: “Water Before Fire”

The most important safety rule when operating a wood-fired hot tub is ensuring the heater is always cooled by water.

Never light the fire unless the tub is full of water.

• The heater is constructed from marine-grade aluminium.

1. Scope of Protection

• LDPE Inner Tub: Guaranteed against structural leaks, cracking, or delamination of the rotomoulded plastic interior.
• CULT-si Marine-Grade Heater: Protection for the marine-grade aluminium housing and internal welds against manufacturing defects.
• Structural Exterior: Coverage for the Finnish spruce exterior panels (Coal Black or Dark Walnut finishes) against premature deterioration caused by manufacturing faults.

2. Professional Installation & Warranty Validity

To ensure the warranty remains valid and the hot tub operates safely and efficiently, the following installation standards must be followed:

• Foundation Requirement: The tub must be installed on a flat, level, and load-bearing base (such as gravel, paving slabs, or concrete) capable of supporting the combined weight of the tub, water, and occupants (approximately 1,500+ litres of water).
