We provide a comprehensive, end-to-end installation service for all Superior Wellness products. Our specialist two-man team handles every step of the process:

• Transit & Positioning: We transport the tub on a flatbed and use a specialised sled to maneuver it into its final position.
• Component Fitting: We professionally fit the insulated cover and cover lifter.
• Technical Setup: We wire the internal cable into the hot tub (ready for your electrician to connect the house-end) and commission the control system.
• The "Full Fill": Unlike many retailers, we stay on-site to fill the tub for you, ensuring the plumbing and jets are operational before we leave.
• Chemical Orientation: We provide a detailed chemical safety and maintenance talk to ensure you are confident in water care.
• Waste Removal: We take all transit packaging away, leaving your site pristine.

For larger swim spas or properties with obstacles, such as high walls or long distances from the roadside, we use our own Hiab crane vehicle. This is a specialised long-reach vehicle equipped with a 15-metre reach lifter.

Note: Use of the Hiab vehicle or specific access requirements may incur an additional fee, depending on the delivery postcode and the lift's complexity. We require videos or photos of the property access beforehand to ensure the vehicle’s intricacies and reach are suitable for the job.

Our team handles the internal wiring of the cable into the hot tub's control box. However, as we are not certified electricians, we never wire the other end into your home’s electrical wall supply. You will need a qualified electrician to have your RCD-protected supply ready to our specification so that we can complete the internal connection and start the filling process during our visit.

To ensure a successful installation, we require the following from the customer:

• Level Base: A solid, level foundation (concrete pad, paving slabs, or reinforced decking) must be ready to support the full weight of the spa.
• Access Confirmation: We request property access details, including videos of the route from the road to the final base, to confirm the tub will fit and determine whether the 15-metre Hiab lifter is necessary.
• Water Supply: A standard garden hose must be available so our team can perform the "Full Fill" service.
