The Harvia Qube family is the global benchmark for floor-standing sauna engineering. From the 12kW residential model to the 36kW commercial powerhouse, every unit features Triple-Shell Technology for cooler exterior surfaces and maximum safety.

2. Logistics & The "Final Yard" Protocol
Because these units contain high-density stainless steel and sensitive electrical components, delivery is a managed event.

Palletised Delivery: All Qube models are shipped via Tail-Lift Freight. The driver will deliver to the closest hard-standing surface (concrete/tarmac). They cannot move pallets over gravel, grass, or stairs.

Standard (12-15kW): 45kg. Requires a 2-person lift.

Pro (24-36kW): 82kg to 90kg. Requires 4 people or mechanical lifting aids to position.

The 24-Hour Integrity Audit: You have a 24-hour window from the moment of signature to inspect the brushed steel casing and internal elements for transit damage. Once the "Final Yard" move or installation begins, shipping insurance for cosmetic damage expires.
3. Infrastructure: The "Safe-Side" Mandate
The Qube family consists of high-amperage mechanical components. The "First Heat" depends entirely on your electrical readiness.

3-Phase Requirement: Every model in this range requires a 3-Phase (400V 3N) supply.

Commercial Power Extension: Models above 15kW (Pro series) require an additional Power Extension Unit (Contactor Box) to manage the extreme electrical load.

The Electrician's Responsibility: You must appoint a qualified, registered electrician. They are responsible for calculating the Main Service Fuse capacity and specifying the correct Type B RCBO and SWA cable cross-section for your specific site distance.

The Silicone Rule: All internal wiring from the wall to the heater must be SiHF-JB Silicone Cable (180°C). Standard PVC is a fire risk and voids the warranty.
4. Site Arrival to First Heat: The 5-Step Process
Step A: Positioning & Leveling
Place the unit on a non-combustible floor. Use a spanner to adjust the feet. If the Qube is not perfectly level, the elements may expand unevenly, leading to premature failure.
Step B: The Stone Prep
You must wash the 40kg–100kg of stones before loading. This removes dust that causes odors and element "baking."
Step C: The Convection Stack
Stack stones loosely around the elements. Air must flow from the floor, through the heater, and out the top. Packing stones too tightly "chokes" the heater and will burn out the elements.
Step D: Sensor Calibration
Your electrician must mount the temperature sensor exactly 150mm below the ceiling, directly above the heater. Incorrect placement results in "nuisance tripping."
Step E: The Commissioning Burn
Your first heat is a 30-minute "dry run" with the door open to vent manufacturing oils. Once complete, your A–Z journey is finished, and the sauna is ready for its first session.
5. Warranty & Professional Compliance

Documentation: You must retain your Electrical Installation Certificate (EIC) to validate any future warranty claims.

Commercial Stewardship: For Pro-grade units (24kW+), stones must be inspected and re-stacked every 3 months to ensure operational safety and airflow.
