• Production & Preparation: While your European-built cabin is carefully manufactured and inspected, you will use this lead time (typically 2–3 weeks) to prepare the site and consult your electrician.

As every UK property has a unique electrical profile, your NICEIC-registered (or equivalent) electrician remains the final Design Authority. They will confirm the ultimate requirements for cable sizing and circuit protection in accordance with BS 7671 (UK Wiring Regulations) to suit your specific property.

The HUUM Drop 9 is a high-performance system consisting of the heating hardware and an optional management interface.

• The Heart (HUUM Drop 9): This is the precision-engineered 8.5kW heating unit and stone housing.

The Quadra X is a precision-engineered structure. The longevity of the 40mm Thermo Pine and the alignment of the 8mm glazing depend entirely on the host surface.

• Load-Bearing Capacity: The foundation must be engineered to withstand a minimum of 1.2 Tonnes (1,150kg). This accounts for the 650kg dry weight, the stone-loaded 9kW heater, and maximum occupancy.
• Surface Tolerance: The base must be perfectly level. Even minor gradients can lead to frame stress, which affects the door seal and glass longevity.

Our protection is tailored to your chosen installation path. Your warranty commences from the date of delivery.

• The Professional Tier (2-Year Comprehensive): Valid when the Balance Recovery Team performs the full structural installation. This covers both the structural integrity of the build and the performance of the components.
• The Self-Assembly Tier (2-Year Manufacturer): Valid for customers utilising independent contractors. This covers the manufacturer's warranty on the structural build, the timber components and the hardware, provided the assembly adheres strictly to our "Structural Mandates."

Activation Requirement: To validate either tier, a copy of the Electrical Installation Certificate (EIC) issued by your qualified electrician must be held on file.

The Quadra X is crafted from 40mm Thermo Pine, a material treated for extreme durability.

• Coverage: We guarantee the timber against rot, fungal decay, and significant structural warping that prevents the safe use of the sauna.
• The Natural Character of Timber: Wood is a living, organic material. At temperatures of 90°C, it is natural for the timber to "breathe." The following are considered signs of authentic quality and are not covered as defects:

At Balance Recovery, we supply premium Hanscraft products built to order. Because Hanscraft items are manufactured specifically to each customer's requirements, our returns and refunds policy reflects their specialised, made-to-order nature. Your statutory rights are preserved in full throughout.

1. Eligibility — The Made-to-Order Nature of Your Purchase

• Made to Order: Hanscraft products are made to order and enter production once your order is confirmed.
• Non-Refundable Once Production Begins: Because each item is commissioned specifically for you, orders are non-refundable once production has begun. We cannot accept returns or refunds for a "change of mind" from that point.
• Special Orders, Saunas and Hot Tubs: Special orders, saunas and hot tubs are non-returnable unless under warranty.
• Accuracy: Please verify all site dimensions, specifications and technical requirements before finalising your order.

2. Order Cancellations and Amendments

• Cancellation Window: You may cancel or amend your order at any time before production begins.
• Once Production Begins: After production has started, the order is non-refundable and cancellations cannot be facilitated.
• Accuracy Check: Amendments after order placement are subject to confirmation and may not be possible once your specification has been released to manufacture.

3. Reporting Transit Damage or Missing Items

• Inspect on Delivery: Check all items carefully as soon as they arrive, and note any visible damage on the delivery paperwork.
• Timeframe: Report any transit damage or missing parts promptly — within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

4. Claim and Assessment Procedure
