To suit different UK garden access requirements, we offer total flexibility. Our Sauna Air units can be delivered as precision-cut flat-pack kits for easy manual assembly in tight spaces, or as fully pre-assembled units that can be craned or moved into position for immediate use. Every Sauna Air cabin is made to order in Finland to maintain the highest standards of Nordic craftsmanship. Because these are bespoke builds tailored to your requirements, the typical lead time for delivery to the UK is 10 to 12 weeks. This ensures your unit is built with fresh, premium timber and the latest structural innovations.

Yes. Whether you choose a kit or a pre-assembled unit, a solid, flat, and level foundation is essential. We recommend a concrete base, paving slabs, or a reinforced timber deck. A level surface is critical to ensure the air circulation vents and doors align perfectly, maintaining the efficiency of the Finnish design. We always recommend having a base that is able to withstand the weight of the sauna and occupants. For example, if the weight of the sauna is 2,000kg and the capacity is 6 people, we recommend having a base that can withstand 2,600kg - 2,800kg.

Sauna Air saunas are built from premium Finnish wood (often Thermowood) that has been treated to withstand extreme temperatures and humidity. This is vital for the UK climate, as it prevents the timber from warping or rotting, ensuring the patented air-flow design remains airtight and efficient for years to come.

Since these saunas are designed for high-performance Finnish heaters that manage air circulation, they require a dedicated heavy-duty power supply (usually 32-amp). As a UK reseller, we recommend that you have a qualified electrician assess and prepare the armoured cabling at your site before the delivery of your unit
