Insignia

An Insignia cold plunge is a purpose-built cold water immersion system designed for home, fitness and wellness environments. The current Insignia bundle combines a rigid 300L plunge tub with an automated chiller and filtration unit, providing a more convenient alternative to repeatedly cooling a conventional ice bath with bags of ice.

The bundle includes the Insignia 300L single-person cold plunge together with an external automated chiller and filtration unit. The plunge also incorporates features including an anthracite fibreglass interior, weathered charcoal composite exterior, integrated seating/step ledge and LED accent lighting.

The Insignia cold plunge measures approximately 1020mm in external diameter and 890mm in height, with an internal diameter of approximately 880mm. It has a maximum water capacity of 300 litres, creating a relatively compact footprint while providing sufficient depth for seated cold water immersion.

The Insignia bundle includes an external mechanical chiller designed to circulate and cool the plunge water, so you do not need to rely on repeatedly adding bags of ice to maintain chilled water. The integrated system also incorporates water filtration to help keep the water cleaner between changes.

The plunge features a weather-resistant composite exterior designed to suit environments such as patios and garden wellness areas. It should always be installed on a solid, flat and level base capable of supporting the weight of the filled plunge and user. The electrical supply and chiller also need to be positioned and protected appropriately for the installation environment.

The Insignia system is designed for a UK 220–240V electrical supply. The product guidance specifies that electrical equipment used around the plunge should be connected to an appropriately protected supply, including suitable RCD protection. Always follow the manufacturer's installation requirements and use a qualified electrician where required.

Regular maintenance includes monitoring water quality, cleaning or replacing the filtration components when required and periodically wiping down the smooth fibreglass interior. The product guidance recommends checking the filter approximately every 2–4 weeks depending on usage, while keeping the plunge covered when not in use can help reduce debris entering the water and improve temperature retention.
