Returns, Warehouse Cancellations & Refund Policies
Our logistics and returns policy mirrors the strict guidelines utilised throughout the premium wellness and wet-room market to prevent value loss on heavy, large-volume personal items.
1. Pre-Dispatch Order Interception
You may cancel an order for a full refund at any point before the heavy pallet carton and parcel bundles are physically loaded onto the delivery courier vehicles at our central warehouse hub. Funds will be reissued via your original payment method within standard banking clearing timelines.
2. Post-Dispatched Restocking & Pallet Penalties
If an order is cancelled after the palletised and parcel items have departed our central warehouse hub, or if a delivery fails due to a lack of clear HGV road access or your absence during the agreed delivery window, a standard restocking fee and the cost of two-way freight transport will be deducted from your final refund.
3. The 14-Day Resale Return Standard
You have the right to request a return within 14 calendar days from the day directly following delivery. To secure a successful refund, the bundle must meet the following strict warehouse intake criteria:
-
Unused & Unfilled Status: The cold plunge must never have been filled with water, and the body dryer must never have been mounted to a wall or connected to an electrical circuit. Filling the unit with water or mounting the dryer even once is legally classified as absolute acceptance of the product, which immediately voids your right to return the item under a change-of-mind policy.
-
Original Complete Packaging: The ice bath must remain strapped vertically on its original wooden shipping pallet, and the body dryer must remain inside its original box with all corner foam buffers, internal protective bags, and plastic wraps fully intact.
-
Carriage Liability: The buyer retains exclusive responsibility for arranging, securing, and covering the high transport costs of tracked, insured heavy-freight pallet shipping and parcel freight back to our central logistics warehouse.
4. The 48-Hour Visible Damage Limitation
Our transport network is unable to honour claims for transit impact damage, deep composite scuffs, or dryer chassis shell cracks reported more than 48 hours after delivery. You must perform a complete visual and structural audit within this 48-hour window. If any structural damage is discovered, do not fill or mount the devices; report the issue with photographic evidence immediately to initiate a component swap.
