3. Delivery to your address

• Your sauna will be shipped directly from the supplier’s distribution centre.
• Delivery typically takes 5–12 working days, depending on your location and stock levels.
• As the sauna is heavy and delivered in multiple boxes, please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
• We aim to deliver your product as fast as possible. For Jaquar products, we do not use tracking software. You will typically receive a phone call 24 hours before the delivery. In some cases, we may contact you on the day, approximately 2–3 hours before delivery, to confirm that someone will be present to receive the delivery.
• Delivery for Jaquar products is kerbside.
• If, when we phone you, you tell us you are not available to receive the delivery, we will organise the delivery for your next available date.

Unlike traditional saunas that heat the surrounding air, the Jaquar infrared system warms the body directly, creating a soothing, even temperature that’s comfortable and effective. Operating at approximately 1.75 kW, it provides a consistent heat range between 20°C and 70°C, with an optimal zone of 37°C to 55°C for most users. Jaquar saunas are manufactured in India and come standard with an Indian-style plug. Because electrical standards differ between India and the UK, the plug will not fit a standard UK socket. If you intend to connect the sauna using a standard household outlet rather than a hard-wired connection, the plug will need to be changed to a UK-compatible plug.

These saunas are designed to operate on a single-phase electrical supply and draw approximately 12 amps, which is within the range of a standard domestic circuit.
