The Foundation: You must provide a solid, level foundation. This base must be engineered to support the combined weight of the structure and its maximum occupancy.
Example: If your sauna weighs 1,600kg and accommodates 4 people, your base should be rated to support 2,000kg – 2,200kg.
Electrical Infrastructure: Electrical installation is the customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified electrician before placing your order.
Resources: We will provide the specific Saunum wiring and heater manuals in advance so your electrician can ensure your property’s power supply is prepared for the specific load.
On your scheduled delivery day, your sauna arrives in its final, pre-assembled form.

All Saunum products are custom-crafted to order in Estonia, the historic home of the traditional sauna. While we are pleased to offer complimentary delivery directly to your doorstep, please be advised that unloading and final positioning of the sauna are the customer's responsibility.
Because all Saunum saunas arrive fully assembled, they cannot be offloaded by hand. We highly recommend consulting our Installation Guide prior to delivery to ensure your site is adequately prepared.
