2. Order processing & preparation

3. Delivery to your address

Your sauna is delivered to your address by a two-person delivery team, by pre-arranged appointment, on the UK mainland. Because the cabin ships in large, heavy boxes, please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery.

4. Receipt & inspection

Inspect all packaging for visible damage on arrival. Open the boxes and check that every part listed in the manual is present and undamaged. Contact our team promptly if anything is missing or damaged, and keep all packaging until the sauna is fully assembled and working.

5. Installation

The cabin is designed for straightforward two-person self-assembly using the invisible interlocked EZ™ connection system and the included tools. A professional assembly service can be arranged at additional cost if you prefer.

Requirements before installation: a level, dry indoor floor able to support the cabin's weight; adequate clearance and ventilation around the unit; and access to a standard UK 13-amp socket within reach of the 3 m power cable . After assembly, test the heaters, digital controls, colour therapy, audio and lighting.

6. Warranty & aftercare

The sauna comes with a 5-year cabin guarantee and a 2-year electrical guarantee as published. Keep your sales invoice as proof of warranty, and follow the care guidance — wipe down the cedar, maintain ventilation and periodically check the electrical fittings.

The SaunaMed Luxury Cedar 3-Person Sauna is heated by six DuraWave™ EMR Neutral™ 100% pure FAR infrared ceramic heaters, lava-sand filled and rated up to 2,100 W in total. These far-infrared emitters are designed to warm the body directly rather than simply heating the surrounding air, creating the deep, comfortable warmth associated with far-infrared cabins.

Heater Specifications

The cabin uses six DuraWave™ far-infrared ceramic heaters delivering up to 2,100 W of long-wave far-infrared heat. The temperature range is 20°C–60°C, and the cabin is designed to pre-heat in approximately 10–15 minutes for three users.

Every SaunaMed sauna in this range is supplied with a 5-year cabin guarantee and a 2-year electrical guarantee as published, giving you long-term confidence in your purchase. This cover applies to manufacturing or technical defects that arise during normal use within the guarantee period. An optional 3-Year Extended Electrical Parts Warranty is available for residential use.  Please note: the guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse or negligence. Issues resulting from water exposure, impacts, scratches or other forms of accidental damage are not included.
