Roca Vesta — A Large 8-Sided 7-Person Commercial Overflow Spa

The Roca Vesta is a commercial-grade hydrotherapy spa with a deck-level overflow and a generous 8-sided (octagonal) design, engineered for hotels, spas, gyms, leisure centres and wellness facilities. A large 2.9 m (290 × 290 cm) octagon, it seats seven adults around a central footwell, includes a handy internal step for easy, safe entry, and delivers up to 32 hydrotherapy jets plus air channels — a sociable, high-capacity centrepiece for any premium wellness space.

Built from a one-piece vacuum-formed acrylic shell reinforced with laminated polyester on an adjustable welded-aluminium frame, and supplied pre-plumbed (in securely bracketed PVC), the Vesta is designed for the demands of high-traffic commercial use. A 1,100 L equalising (balance) tank manages the deck-level overflow circuit, fitted electronic spa-side controls run the plant, and the spa can be specified with the sanitisation and jet packs to suit your venue.

The Vesta is a fitted, in-ground installation supplied as a shell and equipment pack for professional install and commissioning — heater, circulation and hydromassage pumps, blower, sanitisation and filtration sized to your project. A more compact skimmer version (230 × 230 cm) is also available. Made in Europe with full UK supply and support. How It Works

A commercial overflow spa is a fitted, in-ground installation, so the journey runs from consultation through civils and plant to commissioning. Here's what to expect.

  1. Consultation & Site Assessment We review your project — intended use (hotel, gym, leisure, wellness), location, deck recess, plant-room space and electrical supply — and recommend the right Vesta configuration (overflow or skimmer, jet count, heater/pump pack, sanitisation, lighting and controls). The large octagonal form and internal step make the Vesta a sociable, practical centrepiece for up to seven. CAD line drawings are provided for your designer/installer.
  2. Specification & Order We confirm the equipment pack (heater output, pumps, blower, filtration), sanitisation, lighting and control package (with or without Wi-Fi), then place your order and confirm lead time.
  3. Civils, Plant Room & Electrical (by your team) Your contractors prepare a level, load-bearing base and the deck recess, build the plant room, and arrange the hard-wired electrical supply via a qualified electrician (SWA cable to a waterproof isolator, per Part P). Given the Vesta's size, a 3-phase 400 V supply is the likely requirement. We provide the drawings and specifications.
  4. Delivery The pre-plumbed shell and equipment are delivered to site (free UK delivery). Access, offloading and any craneage are planned in advance given the 2.9 m size and weight.
  5. Installation & Commissioning Professional installation sets and plumbs the shell, balance tank and plant, connects to the certified electrical supply, fills and balances the water, and commissions the control system. (We can arrange this service.)
  6. Handover, First Use & Aftercare Your team is briefed on operation, filtration cycles, sanitisation and routine maintenance. With water balanced and the spa up to temperature, it's ready for guests. We're on hand for spares, servicing and support.

Delivery Free UK delivery of the pre-plumbed shell and equipment to your site. Given the size (290 × 290 cm) and weight of a commercial spa, delivery access, offloading and any craneage are planned with you in advance. Inspect the delivery on arrival and report any transit damage immediately.

Installation (commercial, in-ground — not self-assembly) The Vesta is a fitted commercial installation, not a self-assembly or flat-pack product. It is delivered as a built, pre-plumbed one-piece shell and requires a prepared base and deck recess, a plant room for the equipment pack, and a hard-wired electrical supply. Professional installation and commissioning are available and recommended — we'll quote based on your site, civils and plant requirements.

Electrical The spa is hard-wired by a qualified electrician. The supply depends on the equipment pack: a full 7-person / 32-jet build is most likely to require a 3-phase 400 V supply, while a lighter pack may suit 230 V single-phase. Under UK Building Regulations (Part P), the supply runs from the consumer unit in SWA cable to a waterproof rotary isolator. We'll confirm the exact load and supply for your chosen equipment pack.
