1. Made-to-Order & Personalised Goods

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the "14-day cooling-off period" (the right to change your mind) does not apply to goods made to a customer’s specifications or that are clearly personalised.

• Once your order for a Red Light Bed has been processed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled or returned for "change of mind" or "buyer’s remorse."
• We strongly advise customers to ensure all specifications are correct before finalising their purchase.

2. Faulty or Damaged Goods (Your Statutory Rights)

While the right to change your mind does not apply to made-to-order items, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain fully protected. We are committed to providing goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

If your product arrives faulty or develops a fault, the following tiered remedies apply:

• Short-Term Right to Reject (Up to 30 Days): If your Red Light Bed is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose upon delivery, you have a legal right to reject the goods and receive a full refund.
• Repair or Replacement (30 Days to 6 Months): If a fault is discovered after the initial 30 days, you are entitled to a repair or replacement. As your reseller, we will coordinate with the manufacturer to resolve the issue. If a repair or replacement is not possible, or if it fails to resolve the fault, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund.
• After 6 Months: You may still be entitled to a repair or replacement if the product does not last a reasonable amount of time. Please note that after 6 months, the burden of proof shifts to the consumer to show the fault was present at the time of delivery.
