Because the Oxygens Pro 6000W Panel is a professional-grade asset requiring specialist logistics and technical installation, our returns process is designed to protect the integrity of the 1,200 dual-chip LEDs and the safety of our customers.
1. The 14-Day Right to Cancel
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the equipment. However, due to the technical nature of the 6000W system, specific conditions apply:

Uninstalled Units: If you cancel before our technical team has performed the installation, you are entitled to a full refund, minus any specialised outward delivery costs.

Installed Units: If the panel has already been commissioned and connected to your 40-amp circuit, the unit is considered "used in a clinical capacity." A refund will be issued, less the cost of the professional installation service and a restocking fee to cover the technical decommissioning and safety recalibration of the 6000W drivers.
2. Bespoke & Custom Orders
If your Oxygens Pro Panel was ordered with bespoke modifications (such as custom RAL colour finishes or specific mounting configurations based on your site assessment), these units are exempt from the standard "change of mind" returns. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods made to a customer's specification are non-refundable unless they are technically faulty.
3. The 24-Hour Quality Verification Period
Upon delivery and installation, we initiate a mandatory 24-hour Quality Verification Period.

Transit Damage: You must inspect the 108cm chassis and the LED array immediately. Any aesthetic or structural damage must be reported within 24 hours to be eligible for a free-of-charge replacement or repair.

Validation: Failure to report physical damage within this window may affect your return eligibility, as we cannot verify if the damage occurred post-installation.
4. Returns Due to Technical Faults
If your 6000W panel develops a technical fault within the first 30 days, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund.

Electrical Compliance: To process a fault-based return, you must provide the Electrical Installation Certificate (EIC) from your certified electrician. This proves the unit was operated on the required 40-amp breaker.

Inspection: Oxygens reserves the right to send a technical engineer to inspect the unit. If the fault is found to be caused by an inadequate electrical supply (e.g., a non-dedicated circuit), the return may be rejected.
5. Return Requirements & Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:

Condition: The panel must be in "as-new" condition, free from scratches, moisture damage, or evidence of unauthorised tampering with the 1200-LED array.

Packaging: Ideally, the unit should be returned in its original specialised protective crate. If this is unavailable, a technical packing fee may apply to ensure the 6000W components' safety during transit.

Accessories: All safety goggles, power cables, and mounting hardware must be included in the return.
6. Refund Process & Timelines

Assessment: Once the panel is returned to our UK facility, it undergoes a 7-day Technical Audit to verify the integrity of the dual-chip systems and cooling fans.

Approval: Following a successful audit, your refund will be processed via the original payment method.

Deductions: Please note that specialised "White-Glove" delivery and technical installation fees are non-refundable service costs.
