1. Your Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt without providing a reason.

• The Deadline: The cancellation period expires 7 days from the day you, or a third party appointed by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

2. Conditions for Eligibility

To ensure a successful return and refund, the following criteria must be met:

• Timeline: The return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Health Protection)

In accordance with UK health and safety regulations, certain items within our collection are exempt from return:

• Hygiene Seal: Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, chambers that have been unsealed, inflated, or used after delivery are not suitable for return.
• Customisation: Any goods made to your specific requirements or clearly personalised cannot be returned.
• Inseparable Components: Goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items or significantly altered.

Balance Recovery reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

4. The Return Process & Associated Costs

When returning a Soft Shell Chamber, the customer assumes responsibility for the logistics and costs involved:

• Restocking & Administration: All accepted returns are subject to a restocking and administration fee to cover technical inspection and processing.
• Collection Fees: If you require Balance Recovery to arrange a courier pickup for your return, this is charged from £185.00 + VAT, depending on your location and the unit size.
• Risk of Loss: We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. Balance Recovery cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in the return shipment. We are unable to issue a refund without physical receipt of the goods or valid proof of delivery to our facility.

5. Reimbursement

Once your return is received and inspected to ensure it meets our hygiene and condition standards, we will process your refund.

• Timeline: Reimbursement will be issued no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods.
• Method: We will use the same means of payment used for the initial transaction. Please note that the final refund amount will be the original purchase price minus the applicable restocking, administration, and pickup fees.
