• Final Sale Status: Due to the high-precision fabrication and manufacturer-led assembly process, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for a "change of mind" once the order has entered production.

2. Site Readiness & Installation Responsibility

Hard-shell hyperbaric chambers are significant engineering assets that require specialised environments.

• Buyer Responsibility: It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure the intended installation site meets all technical requirements, including floor load capacity, power supply, and entry-point dimensions.
• Delivery Access: Balance Recovery and its logistics partners are not responsible for deliveries that cannot be completed due to inadequate site access or unreadiness. Any failed delivery attempts or freight redirection will incur additional charges to the customer.

3. Cancellations and Amendments

To maintain our production timelines, components are allocated immediately upon order confirmation.

• Cancellation Window: You may request an amendment or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.
• Administrative & Reservation Fees: Cancellations requested after the 24-hour window, but prior to the commencement of hull fabrication, are subject to a 10% fee. This covers non-refundable administrative costs and the reservation of specialised medical-grade components.
• Active Production: Once the system has entered the assembly or pressure-testing phase, the commission is non-cancellable and non-refundable.

4. Technical & Aesthetic Iterations

• Transit Damage: These systems are shipped via specialised heavy freight. You must inspect the unit immediately upon arrival. Any transit damage must be noted on the delivery paperwork and reported to contact@balancerecovery.co.uk within 48 hours, supported by photographic evidence.
