INTELLIGENT: 

  • SMART FILTRATION:- When the spa is in stand-by mode, the filtration system will be automatically turned on for 60 minutes every 4 hours. This is to make sure the water is clean, even when the spa is not in use.
  • ANTI-ICING SYSTEM:- When the water temperature is lower than 1°C (33.8°F), the heater runs automatically until the water is heated up to 3°C (37.4°F). This will help prevent water from freezing. The circulation system, pump, and pipe will be saved. 

HYGENIC: 

  • UVC SANITIZER :- The new MSpa collections come with a built in UVC sanitizer which can kill more than 60 disease causing microorganisms and pathogens while using nothing more than light.
  • OZONE KILLS ODORS & BACTERIA: - MSpa hot tubs feature a built-in O3 OZONE GENERATOR. It's helpful for killing bacteria and Giardia, Cryptosporidium, parasites, fungi, molds, and other virus and microbes. It is 50 times more effective than chlorine, and the effects of its action are visible 3000 times faster.

Return & Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, the OSLA Spa must be unused and securely repacked in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Once your return is approved, we will arrange the most suitable return method—either a home collection for larger items or guidance to a convenient drop-off location for smaller parcels.

Returns requested within the 7-day period are free of charge, provided the product is returned in its original condition.

If you choose to cancel or refuse delivery before the order is completed, a small deduction may apply to cover applicable shipping and handling costs.
