We want you to feel completely confident when purchasing your OSLA Spa. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, please contact our customer support team by phone, email, or live chat within 7 days of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the OSLA Spa must be unused and securely repacked in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Once your return is approved, we will arrange the most suitable return method—either a home collection for larger items or guidance to a convenient drop-off location for smaller parcels.

Returns requested within the 7-day period are free of charge, provided the product is returned in its original condition.

If you choose to cancel or refuse delivery before the order is completed, a small deduction may apply to cover applicable shipping and handling costs.
