- This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use for a full five years from the date of delivery. Should you experience an issue such as glass panel defects, structural movement, or unexpected wood splitting, we’ll ensure it’s promptly assessed and resolved.

- Please note that the warranty does not cover natural variations in wood grain or colour, normal wear and tear, improper installation, or damage caused by misuse, neglect, or environmental factors.

Returns and Refunds Policy for Made-to-Order Saunas:

We take pride in delivering high-quality, made-to-order saunas designed to meet your unique specifications. Because each sauna is individually crafted, our returns and refund policy reflects the bespoke nature of these products.

Why Returns Are Limited for Made-to-Order Saunas:

Each sauna is custom-built according to specific customer requirements. As these items cannot be resold or restocked, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once the production process has begun.
Please review all details of your order carefully before confirming, including dimensions, features, and finishes.

Customisation Acknowledgement: By placing an order, you acknowledge that your sauna is a bespoke product created to your specifications.


Non-Returnable Items:

Once production has commenced, cancellations, returns, or refunds are not permitted unless the product arrives defective or damaged.


Damaged or Faulty Products:


If your sauna arrives with visible damage or a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.


We will assess the issue and may provide a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Right to Cancel (Before Fabrication):

Bespoke and made-to-order items are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period for online purchases.

This is a tailored experience designed to make sure every detail is right from the start. Together, you’ll discuss your space, preferences, and wellness goals to ensure the KUUT Electrical Outdoor Sauna L is the perfect fit for your home.

During this session, the team will walk you through everything — from choosing the right model to understanding delivery, site preparation, and installation — so you have complete confidence before placing your order.

2. Choosing and Ordering Your Sauna

Once you’ve chosen your KUUT sauna, your order is confirmed, and production begins. Each sauna is built to order, with an estimated lead time of 8–10 weeks.

Throughout this process, the Balance Recovery team will stay in touch, helping you prepare your site and making sure everything is ready for smooth delivery and installation.

3. Built with Precision and Care

Each KUUT sauna is handcrafted in Europe using Nordic timber, tempered glass, and premium Finnish components.
The sauna is pre-assembled at the factory, meaning the benches, lighting, and Harvia heater are already installed before shipment. This ensures the highest build quality and allows for a fast, efficient setup once delivered.

4. Delivery to Your Home

Your sauna will be delivered fully assembled and transported directly to your property by truck.
Before delivery, please ensure there is clear access for the delivery vehicle and a level base ready for positioning.

Please note that unloading and positioning are not included in the price. Customers are responsible for arranging suitable unloading equipment, such as a forklift or crane, depending on access and site layout.

If you would prefer a completely managed service, Balance Recovery can arrange unloading and positioning for an additional fee. This can be discussed and confirmed during your consultation or prior to delivery.

5. Preparing Your Site

Before your sauna arrives, you’ll need to have your site ready. This includes:

A solid, level foundation (concrete or paving) that can fully support the sauna’s weight.

Clear access for delivery and unloading equipment.

Sufficient space around the sauna for door clearance and maintenance access.

Having these preparations completed before delivery ensures a quick and stress-free setup.

6. Electrical Supply and Connection

The KUUT Electrical Outdoor Sauna L is powered by a 9 kW Harvia Cilindro Plus electric heater, controlled by a Harvia Xafir CS110 digital unit.
This premium Finnish system delivers fast, even heating and precise temperature control for an authentic sauna experience.

All electrical wiring, cabling, and final connections are the customer’s responsibility.

Balance Recovery and Kuut do not handle or arrange any electrical work. A qualified electrician must complete all electrical installations in full compliance with UK electrical safety regulations.

Your electrician must provide a dedicated power supply suitable for a 9 kW load. All work must be appropriately tested and certified before the sauna is used.

7. Installation and Setup

Once delivered and positioned on your prepared base, your electrician can connect the sauna to the electrical supply.

Because the sauna arrives pre-assembled, installation is straightforward. It’s designed as a plug-and-play system, requiring minimal on-site work.

8. Using Your KUUT Sauna

After setup, operating your KUUT sauna is simple.
Use the digital control panel to set your preferred temperature and duration, and let the Harvia system bring the space to life with clean, even heat. The natural Nordic timber interior and soft lighting create a calm and restorative environment — perfect for relaxation, wellness, and recovery.

9. Aftercare and Maintenance

Your KUUT sauna is designed for long-term performance with minimal maintenance.

After each session, wipe down the benches and glass, and occasionally check the heater and stones to ensure they remain clean and in good condition. With simple care, your sauna will look and perform beautifully for years to come.

10. Your First Session

Once connected and ready, power on your sauna, allow it to reach your desired temperature, and enjoy your first moment of pure Nordic relaxation.
