All Jaquar steam products are supplied with a standard 2-year official manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty provides full protection against manufacturing defects and covers the cost of parts and repairs for any technical faults that may occur during the warranty period.

Please note that the warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or improper handling of the product. Any physical damage, including scratches, dents, impact marks, or abrasions, will void the warranty. Additionally, damage caused by incorrect installation or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions is not covered.

Jaquar takes great pride in the quality and reliability of its products, and this warranty reflects its ongoing commitment to customer satisfaction and long-term performance. Your sales invoice serves as proof of warranty, clearly indicating the start and end dates of your coverage.

We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied with your order, please contact our team by phone, email, or live chat within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return.

To return your Steam Control Panel, please ensure it is securely repacked in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Once confirmed, we’ll organise collection either by arranging a home pickup for larger items or by directing you to a convenient drop-off location for smaller parcels.

For Jaquar products, returns and cancellations are entirely free of charge within the 7-day return window. You can return your product at no cost, provided it’s unused and in its original condition.

If you choose to cancel or reject your order before delivery, a small deduction may be applied to cover the associated shipping and return fees.

Our goal is to make the process as transparent and straightforward as possible, ensuring a seamless experience from order to return.

1. Order Processing

- Select your panel variant (round/square, white/black).

- Confirm compatibility with your steam generator.

- Place the order and arrange delivery.

2. Packaging & Delivery

- Panels are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport.

- Shipped to the customer’s site.

- We aim to deliver your product as fast as possible. For Jaquar products, we do not use tracking software. You will typically receive a phone call 24 hours before the delivery. In some cases, we may contact you on the day, approximately 2-3 hours before delivery, to confirm that someone will be present to receive the delivery.

- If, when we phone you, you tell us you are not available to receive the delivery, we will organise the delivery for your next available date.

3. Receipt & Inspection

- Inspect the panel on arrival to ensure it matches the order and is undamaged.

4. *Pre‑Installation Preparation (Professional Appointment May Be Needed)

- Ensure a compatible location for mounting (inside or adjacent to the steam room).

- Confirm electrical supply is ready (dedicated circuit, proper wiring).

- A qualified electrician may be required for safe installation.

5. Installation & Mounting

- Mount the panel securely and connect it to the steam generator and electrical system.

- Ensure correct configuration and test all functions before use.


6. Operation

- Power on the panel.
- Set desired temperature (up to 55 °C).
- Set the session duration using the timer.

- Start the session; monitor the display for real-time temperature and remaining time.

- Stop the session manually or allow it to end automatically.


7. Maintenance & Longevity

- Clean the panel with a soft, damp cloth.

- Regularly check that buttons are responsive and the panel remains waterproof.

- Periodic professional inspection is recommended for safety and longevity.
