All Jaquar steam products are supplied with a standard 2-year official manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty provides full protection against manufacturing defects and covers the cost of parts and repairs for any technical faults that may occur during the warranty period.

Please note that the warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or improper handling of the product. Any physical damage, including scratches, dents, impact marks, or abrasions, will void the warranty. Additionally, damage caused by incorrect installation or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions is not covered.

Jaquar takes great pride in the quality and reliability of its products, and this warranty reflects its ongoing commitment to customer satisfaction and long-term performance. Your sales invoice serves as proof of warranty, clearly indicating the start and end dates of your coverage.

We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied with your order, please contact our team by phone, email, or live chat within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return.

To return your Steam Shower, please ensure it is securely repacked in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Once confirmed, we’ll organise collection either by arranging a home pickup for larger items or by directing you to a convenient drop-off location for smaller parcels.

For Jaquar products, returns and cancellations are entirely free of charge within the 7-day return window. You can return your product at no cost, provided it’s unused and in its original condition.

If you choose to cancel or reject your order before delivery, a small deduction may be applied to cover the associated shipping and return fees.

3. Delivery to your address

- Your cabin is shipped directly from the supplier’s distribution centre.

- Delivery typically takes 5–12 working days, depending on stock and location.

- Due to the size and weight of the cabin, please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

- We aim to deliver your product as fast as possible. For Jaquar products, we do not use tracking software. You will typically receive a phone call 24 hours in advance. Sometimes, we may contact you on the day around 2-3 hours before the delivery arrives, to confirm that someone will be present at the time of delivery.

- The delivery for Jaquar products is a kerbside delivery.

- If, when we phone you, you tell us you are not available to receive the delivery, we will organise the delivery for your next available date.

4. Receipt & inspection

- On arrival, scrutinize the packaging and all components.

- Inspect the shipment for any visible signs of damage or missing parts before signing for delivery.

- If you notice any issues, contact customer support immediately.

- Retain all original packaging until installation is complete and you’re satisfied with the product.

5. Installation

- A qualified professional must install the Jaquar Oasis Steam and Shower Cabin to ensure safety and performance.

- We can arrange an installation service for you – request a quote and we’ll provide details of cost and availability.

- The installation area should meet the following requirements:

- A suitable power supply (typically 220–240V, 13–16A, depending on the model).

- Proper plumbing connections for hot and cold water supply lines.

- A level, waterproof floor strong enough to support the cabin’s weight.

- You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if you change your mind.

- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

- Once the product has been received and inspected, a full refund will be processed.
