All Jaquar steam products are supplied with a standard 2-year official manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty provides full protection against manufacturing defects and covers the cost of parts and repairs for any technical faults that may occur during the warranty period.

Please note that the warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or improper handling of the product. Any physical damage, including scratches, dents, impact marks, or abrasions, will void the warranty. Additionally, damage caused by incorrect installation or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions is not covered.

Jaquar takes great pride in the quality and reliability of its products, and this warranty reflects its ongoing commitment to customer satisfaction and long-term performance. Your sales invoice serves as proof of warranty, clearly indicating the start and end dates of your coverage.

We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied with your order, please contact our team by phone, email, or live chat within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return.

To return your Steam Generator, please ensure it is securely repacked in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Once confirmed, we’ll organise collection either by arranging a home pickup for larger items or by directing you to a convenient drop-off location for smaller parcels.

For Jaquar products, returns and cancellations are entirely free of charge within the 7-day return window. You can return your product at no cost, provided it’s unused and in its original condition.

If you choose to cancel or reject your order before delivery, a small deduction may be applied to cover the associated shipping and return fees.

1. Order Placement & Variant Selection

- Select the appropriate power rating (for example, 4 kW, 4.5 kW, or 6 kW) based on the size of the steam room and the type of construction materials.

- Confirm compatibility with your steam room layout, ventilation, plumbing, and the control panel interface.

- Finalise your order and schedule delivery of the steam generator unit.


2. Packaging & Delivery

- The generator unit is packaged to protect it from transit damage, moisture, and component displacement.

- Delivery is arranged to your location. Please inspect the unit upon delivery to confirm that it is the correct model and that no damage occurred during transit.

- We aim to deliver your product as fast as possible. For Jaquar products, we do not use tracking software. You will typically receive a phone call 24 hours before the delivery. In some cases, we may contact you on the day, approximately 2-3 hours before delivery, to confirm that someone will be present to receive the delivery.

- If, when we phone you, you tell us you are not available to receive the delivery, we will organise the delivery for your next available date.


3. *Pre‑Installation Preparation (Professional Appointment May Be Required)

- Check your steam room's dimensions, materials (such as tiles, glass, and seat benches), and ventilation to ensure they match the steam generator’s capacity.

- Confirm that your electrical supply is adequate (correct voltage, dedicated circuit, proper protection) for the generator’s rating.

- Prepare the plumbing: a reliable water supply, steam-outlet conduit, and proper drainage, or blow-down path must be in place.

- It is recommended to appoint a qualified electrician and/or specialist installer to handle wiring, mounting placement, and safe integration of the generator system.

4. Installation & Setup

- The steam generator is mounted/installed in the designated location (typically outside the steam room or in a service cupboard) and connected to:
- The water inlet line
- The steam outlet or steam‑head distribution system
- Drain or blow‑down line (if required)
- Electrical supply and control panel interface

- The steam outlet head is correctly positioned inside the steam room at the correct height and distance from seating or benches.

- The control panel is integrated (if applicable) and configured for timer, temperature, and any lighting/aroma features.

- A complete operational test is carried out: the steam generator produces steam, the room fills as expected, the controls are responsive, and the safety systems function.


5. Operation & User Experience

- Power on the system via the installed control panel or interface.

- Set your desired temperature and session duration.

- The generator produces steam to fill the room; you enter, relax, and enjoy the steam bath.

- During the session, you can monitor comfort and adjust settings if enabled (e.g., temperature, duration, lighting). When the session ends, the system stops either automatically (via a timer) or manually.

- After the session ends, you exit the room, and the system may require a brief cooldown or ventilation, depending on the setup.

6. *Maintenance & Longevity

- Periodically clean accessible parts and ensure the area around the generator, its connections, and the steam‑head are free from scadebrisb or moisture buildup.

- Perform scheduled checks: inspect wiring, steam-outlet hose or pipe, drain/blowdown path, ventilation, and general condition of the equipment.

- If the boiler or generator features an auto-inlet or auto-drain function, follow the maintenance instructions for these functions to ensure optimal performance and prevent mineral buildup.
