Every Jaquar sauna comes with a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty as standard, giving you complete peace of mind and long-term confidence in your purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing or technical defects that may arise during normal use within the warranty period, including the cost of any necessary repairs or replacement parts.

Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or negligence. Issues resulting from water exposure, impacts, scratches, or other forms of accidental damage are not included under the manufacturer’s guarantee.

Jaquar takes pride in the craftsmanship and reliability of its products, and this warranty reflects that commitment to quality. Your sales invoice will act as proof of warranty, clearly stating the start and end dates of your coverage.

We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied with your order, please contact our team by phone, email, or live chat within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return.

To return your sauna, please ensure it is securely repacked in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Once confirmed, we’ll organise collection either by arranging a home pickup for larger items or by directing you to a convenient drop-off location for smaller parcels.

For Jaquar products, returns and cancellations are entirely free of charge within the 7-day return window. You can return your product at no cost, provided it’s unused and in its original condition.

If you choose to cancel or reject your order before delivery, a small deduction may be applied to cover the associated shipping and return fees.

1. Choose your model & place your order

- Select the Jaquar Kubix Sauna (2‑3 seater) that fits your space and wellness goals.

- Add it to your cart and complete your purchase online.

- You will receive an order confirmation with your order details and reference number.

2. Order processing & preparation

- Once your payment is confirmed, your order is sent to the warehouse for preparation.

- The sauna is inspected for quality, and all components are verified. The unit is then securely packaged in modular sections for shipment.

- Accessories, hardware, and the instruction manual are included.

3. Delivery to your address

- The sauna is shipped directly to your delivery address.

- Delivery usually takes several working days, depending on stock and location.

- Due to the large and heavy nature of the boxes, please ensure that someone is available to receive them.

- We aim to deliver your product as fast as possible. For Jaquar products, we do not use tracking software. You will typically receive a phone call 24 hours before the delivery. In some cases, we may contact you on the day, approximately 2-3 hours before delivery, to confirm that someone will be present to receive the delivery.

- The delivery for Jaquar products is a kerbside delivery.

- If, when we phone you, you tell us you are not available to receive the delivery, we will organise the delivery for your next available date.

4. Receipt & inspection

- Inspect all packaging for visible damage upon arrival.

- Open the boxes and check that all parts listed in the manual are present and undamaged.

- Contact customer support immediately if anything is missing or damaged.

- Keep all packaging until the sauna is fully assembled and functioning.

5. Installation

- The sauna should be installed by a qualified professional for safety and to maintain warranty coverage.

- Installation services can be arranged upon request. A quote will be provided based on the location and site-specific details.

Requirements before installation:

*Dedicated power supply (e.g., 220–240 V, properly protected) installed by a certified electrician. Please consult a qualified electrician to discuss, as every property layout is different

- A level, dry floor strong enough to support the sauna’s weight.

- Adequate clearance and ventilation must be maintained around the unit.

- After assembly, test all key features, including the heater, digital controls, lighting, audio (if included), and temperature/humidity monitoring systems.

6. Warranty & aftercare

- The Jaquar Kubix Sauna comes with a manufacturer’s warranty that covers defects in materials and craftsmanship.

- The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or neglect.

- Keep your proof of purchase and installation details for any future service or warranty claims.

7. Returns (if applicable)

- Returns may be possible within a specified period (e.g., 7 days) if the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

- Once inspected, a refund will be issued in accordance with our return policy.
