1. Choose your model & place your order

• Select the Jaquar Kubix Sauna (2‑3 seater) that fits your space and wellness goals.

• You will receive an order confirmation with your order details and reference number.

2. Order processing & preparation

• Once your payment is confirmed, your order is sent to the warehouse for preparation.
• The sauna is inspected for quality, and all components are verified. The unit is then securely packaged in modular sections for shipment.
• Accessories, hardware, and the instruction manual are included.

3. Delivery to your address

• The sauna is shipped directly to your delivery address.
• Delivery usually takes 7-12 working days, depending on stock and location.
• Due to the large, heavy nature of the boxes, please ensure that someone is available to receive them.
• We aim to deliver your product as fast as possible. For Jaquar products, we do not use tracking software. You will typically receive a phone call 24 hours before the delivery. In some cases, we may contact you on the day, approximately 2-3 hours before delivery, to confirm that someone will be present to receive the delivery.
• Delivery for Jaquar products is kerbside.
• If, when we phone you, you tell us you are not available to receive the delivery, we will organise the delivery for your next available date.

4. Receipt & inspection

• Inspect all packaging for visible damage upon arrival.
• Open the boxes and check that all parts listed in the manual are present and undamaged.
• Contact customer support immediately if anything is missing or damaged.
• Keep all packaging until the sauna is fully assembled and functioning.

5. Installation

• The sauna should be installed by a qualified professional for safety and to maintain warranty coverage.
• Installation services can be arranged upon request. A quote will be provided based on the location and site-specific details.

Requirements before installation:

• Dedicated power supply (e.g., 220–240 V, properly protected) installed by a certified electrician. Please consult a qualified electrician to discuss, as every property layout is different.
• A level, dry floor strong enough to support the sauna’s weight.
• Adequate clearance and ventilation must be maintained around the unit.
• After assembly, test all key features, including the heater, digital controls, lighting, audio (if included), and temperature/humidity monitoring systems.

6. Warranty & aftercare

• The Jaquar Kubix Sauna comes with a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or neglect.
• Keep your proof of purchase and installation details for any future service or warranty claims.

7. Returns (if applicable)

• Returns may be possible within a specified period (e.g., 7 days) if the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Once the item has been inspected, a refund will be issued in accordance with our return policy.

The Jaquar Kubix Sauna is equipped with a high-performance 4.5 kW traditional stove heater, designed to create the deep, enveloping warmth of an authentic Finnish-style sauna. This system delivers a powerful yet balanced heat that promotes full-body relaxation, detoxification, and muscle recovery.

Heater Specifications

The Kubix features a 4.5 kW stove heater that quickly raises the cabin temperature for consistent, even warmth. It is designed for 2–3 users, offering an ideal blend of comfort and efficiency. The temperature range typically spans from 20°C to 70°C, with a recommended operating zone of 37°C to 55°C for comfortable daily use.

Customer Responsibility

Although the heating system is pre-installed at the factory, the customer is responsible for all electrical wiring, power supply, and final connections. Installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician in full compliance with UK electrical safety regulations to guarantee safe and reliable performance.

Jaquar saunas are manufactured in India and come standard with an Indian-style plug. Because electrical standards differ between India and the UK, the plug will not fit a standard UK socket. If you intend to connect the sauna using a standard household outlet rather than a hard-wired connection, the plug will need to be changed to a UK-compatible plug.

These saunas are designed to operate on a single-phase electrical supply and draw approximately 12 amps, which is within the range of a standard domestic circuit.

*However, it’s essential that all electrical work, including changing the plug or hard-wiring the sauna, is carried out by a qualified electrician to ensure the installation complies with UK electrical safety regulations (BS 7671).

A professional will confirm the correct cable size, fuse rating, and socket type to guarantee safe operation. This ensures your Jaquar sauna runs efficiently and safely while maintaining warranty protection.

Every Jaquar sauna comes with a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty as standard, giving you complete peace of mind and long-term confidence in your purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing or technical defects that may arise during normal use within the warranty period, including the cost of any necessary repairs or replacement parts.

Please note: the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or negligence. Issues resulting from water exposure, impacts, scratches, or other forms of accidental damage are not included under the manufacturer’s guarantee.

To return your sauna, please ensure it is securely repacked in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. For Jaquar products, returns and cancellations are entirely free of charge within the 7-day return window. You can return your product at no cost, provided it’s unused and in its original condition.

If you choose to cancel or reject your order before delivery, a small deduction may be applied to cover the associated shipping and return fees.
