This warranty covers any manufacturing or technical defects that may arise during normal use within the warranty period, including the cost of any necessary repairs or replacement parts.

Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or negligence. Issues resulting from water exposure, impacts, scratches, or other forms of accidental damage are not included under the manufacturer’s guarantee.

Jaquar takes pride in the craftsmanship and reliability of its products, and this warranty reflects that commitment to quality. Your sales invoice will act as proof of warranty, clearly stating the start and end dates of your coverage.

We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied with your order, please contact our team by phone, email, or live chat within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return.

To return your sauna, please ensure it is securely repacked in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Once confirmed, we’ll organise collection either by arranging a home pickup for larger items or by directing you to a convenient drop-off location for smaller parcels.

For Jaquar products, returns and cancellations are entirely free of charge within the 7-day return window. You can return your product at no cost, provided it’s unused and in its original condition.

If you choose to cancel or reject your order before delivery, a small deduction may be applied to cover the associated shipping and return fees.

- Add the product to your cart and complete your purchase securely online.

- You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and reference number.

2. Order processing & preparation

- Once your payment is confirmed, your order is sent to the warehouse/logistics team for preparation.

- The sauna is checked for quality, all components are verified, and the unit is carefully packaged in multiple boxes for shipment.

- All fittings, instruction manuals, and accessories are included.

3. Delivery to your address

- Your sauna will be shipped directly from the supplier’s distribution centre to your delivery address.

- Delivery typically takes several working days, depending on stock and your location.

- You will receive a dispatch notification once your order is on its way.

- Due to the weight of the boxes and the size of the unit, please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

- We aim to deliver your product as fast as possible. For Jaquar products, we do not use tracking software. You will typically receive a phone call 24 hours before the delivery. In some cases, we may contact you on the day, approximately 2-3 hours before delivery, to confirm that someone will be present to receive the delivery.

- The delivery for Jaquar products is a kerbside delivery.

- If, when we phone you, you tell us you are not available to receive the delivery, we will organise the delivery for your next available date.

4. Receipt & inspection

- Upon delivery, inspect the outer packaging for any visible signs of damage.

- Open all boxes and check that every part and component listed in the manual is present and undamaged.

- If anything is missing or damaged, contact customer support before proceeding with installation.

- Keep all original packaging until the sauna is fully installed and you’re satisfied with the product.

5. Installation

- A qualified professional must install the Jaquar Kaya Infrared Sauna to ensure safe operation and compliance with warranty terms.

- You can request a quote for our full installation service — a tailored cost will be provided based on your location and setup requirements.

Before installation, ensure the following:

*A dedicated single-phase power supply (typically 220-240 V) on a protected circuit, installed by a qualified electrician. Please consult with a qualified electrician, as the property layout may require different requirements.

- The floor is level, dry, and strong enough to support the sauna’s weight.

- There is adequate clearance and ventilation around the unit.

- After assembly and electrical connection, test all features, including infrared heaters, digital control panel, lighting (chromotherapy), and audio system (if included).

6. Warranty & after-care

- The sauna includes a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and artistry.

- The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or neglect.

- Retain your proof of purchase, documentation of installation, and warranty information for any future service or claims.

7. Returns (if applicable)

- If you change your mind, you may initiate a return within a specified period from delivery (typically 7 days), provided the product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

- Once the product is received and inspected, a refund will be processed accordingly.
