Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or negligence. Issues resulting from water exposure, impacts, scratches, or other forms of accidental damage are not included under the manufacturer’s guarantee.

To return your sauna, please ensure it is securely repacked in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Once confirmed, we’ll organise collection either by arranging a home pickup for larger items or by directing you to a convenient drop-off location for smaller parcels.

For Jaquar products, returns and cancellations are entirely free of charge within the 7-day return window. You can return your product at no cost, provided it’s unused and in its original condition.

If you choose to cancel or reject your order before delivery, a small deduction may be applied to cover the associated shipping and return fees.

2. Order processing & preparation

- Once your payment is confirmed, your order is sent to the logistics team for preparation.

- The sauna is carefully inspected for quality, packaged, and prepared for shipment.

- All parts, accessories, and assembly instructions are included in the delivery.

3. Delivery to your address

- Your sauna will be shipped directly from the supplier’s distribution centre.

- Delivery typically takes 5–12 working days, depending on your location and stock levels.

- As the sauna is heavy and delivered in multiple boxes, please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

- We aim to deliver your product as fast as possible. For Jaquar products, we do not use tracking software. You will typically receive a phone call 24 hours before the delivery. In some cases, we may contact you on the day, approximately 2-3 hours before delivery, to confirm that someone will be present to receive the delivery.

- The delivery for Jaquar products is a kerbside delivery.

- If, when we phone you, you tell us you are not available to receive the delivery, we will organise the delivery for your next available date.

4. Receipt & inspection

- Inspect the packaging and components as soon as your delivery arrives.

- Check all parts against the included packing list to ensure nothing is missing or damaged.

- If you encounter any issues, please get in touch with customer support before beginning the installation.

- Keep all packaging materials until installation is complete and you’re happy with the product.

- We can arrange installation for you — request a quote, and we’ll provide a tailored cost based on your location and setup requirements.

- Before installation, make sure the following requirements are met:

*A dedicated single-phase power supply (typically 220–240V, around 1.75 kW output) with proper circuit protection (RCD or breaker). Please consult with a qualified electrician, as the property layout may alter the requirements.

- A certified electrician must carry out all electrical work.

- The floor is level, dry, and strong enough to support the sauna’s weight.

- There is adequate ventilation and clearance space around the unit.

- Once installed, test the infrared heaters, control panel, lighting, and any built-in audio features to confirm everything is working correctly.

6. Warranty & aftercare

- The Jaquar Solo Sauna comes with a manufacturer’s warranty that covers defects in materials and artistry.

- The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or neglect.

- Keep your proof of purchase and installation record for any future service or warranty claims.

7. Returns (if applicable)

- You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if you change your mind.

- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

- Once the product is received and inspected, a refund will be processed.
