Returns, Warehouse Cancellations & Refund Policies
Our logistics and returns policy mirrors the strict guidelines utilised throughout the premium luxury bathroom market to prevent value loss on opened equipment.
1. Pre-Dispatch Order Interception
You may cancel an order for a full refund at any point before the product crates are physically loaded onto the delivery vehicle at our warehouse. Funds will be issued back via the original payment method within standard banking clearing timelines.
2. Post-Dispatched Restocking & Courier Penalties
If an order is cancelled after the parcel has departed our warehouse hub, or if a delivery fails due to reasons within your control, return transport fees and restocking charges will be deducted from your total refund. This applies if:
- The delivery is refused at the door due to a change of mind.
- The customer fails to appear or respond during their confirmed delivery window.
3. The 14-Day Resale Return Standard
You have the right to request a return within 14 calendar days from the day directly following delivery. To secure a successful refund, the body dryer must meet the following strict warehouse intake criteria:
-
Unstarted Assembly Status: The installation process must not have begun. The physical act of drilling the chassis frame, mounting the back panel to bathroom tiles, or trimming the internal power conduit wires is legally classified as absolute acceptance of the product, which immediately voids your right to return the item under a change-of-mind policy.
-
Pristine Box Packaging: The body dryer must remain completely un-assembled inside its original, undamaged transit box with all internal protective foam blockings fully intact.
-
Sealing Tape Protocol: If accessory box seals are opened for verification, they must be cleanly closed using transparent packaging tape. Do not use duct tape, electrical tape, or heavy brown paper tape, as these damage the outer box layers and result in a package repackaging deduction.
-
Carriage Liability: The buyer retains exclusive responsibility for arranging and covering the costs of return parcel shipping back to our central logistics warehouse.
4. The 48-Hour Visible Damage Limitation
Our courier network is unable to honour claims for transit damage, casing scuffs, or missing hardware elements reported more than 48 hours after delivery. You must perform a complete visual and structural audit within this 48-hour window. If any outer panel damage is discovered, halt installation and report the issue with photographic evidence to initiate a component exchange.
