Returns, Warehouse Cancellations & Refund Policies
Our logistics and returns policy mirrors the strict guidelines utilised throughout the premium plumbing and wet-room market to prevent value loss on precision electronic equipment.
1. Pre-Dispatch Order Interception
You may cancel an order for a full refund at any point before the generator package is physically loaded onto the delivery courier vehicle at our central warehouse hub. Funds will be reissued via your original payment method within standard banking clearing timelines.
2. Post-Dispatched Restocking & Courier Penalties
If an order is cancelled after the package box has departed our central warehouse hub, or if a delivery fails due to reasons within your control, return transport fees and restocking charges will be deducted from your final refund. This applies if the delivery is refused at your doorstep due to a change of mind.
3. The 14-Day Resale Return Standard
You have the right to request a return within 14 calendar days from the day directly following delivery. To secure a successful refund, the steam generator kit must meet the following strict warehouse intake criteria:
-
Uninstalled & Pristine Status: The steam generator must never have been mounted to a wall, connected to water pipes, or wired to an electrical mains board. Wiring up the electronics or passing water through the tank, even once, is legally classified as absolute acceptance of the product, which immediately voids your right to return the item under a change-of-mind policy.
-
Pristine Box Packaging: The unit must remain inside its original retail box with all internal protective moulded polystyrene layers, plastic cable ties, and accessory bags fully intact.
-
Sealing Tape Protocol: If box seals are opened for verification, they must be cleanly closed using transparent packaging tape. Do not use duct tape or heavy brown paper tape, as these damage the outer retail box layers and result in a package repackaging deduction.
-
Carriage Liability: The buyer retains exclusive responsibility for arranging and covering the transport costs of secure tracked parcel shipping back to our central logistics warehouse.
4. The 48-Hour Visible Damage Limitation
Our courier network is unable to honour claims for transit impact damage, dented steel outer casings, or shattered control screens reported more than 48 hours after delivery. You must perform a complete visual and structural audit within this 48-hour window. If any outer casing damage is discovered, do not attempt to install the device; report the issue with photographic evidence immediately to initiate a component exchange.
