• The price listed includes delivery within mainland UK (exclusions include the Channel Islands, areas of Scotland, and Ireland).
• You will receive an order confirmation email immediately with your order details, estimated delivery timeframe, and next steps.
• To ensure smooth access on the day of delivery, we may request photos or a short video of the delivery area, access routes, or surrounding space. 
• This helps our logistics team confirm the feasibility of delivery and kerbside unloading requirements.
• All saunas are held in our UK warehouse and prepared for dispatch once your order is confirmed. Kerbside delivery and unloading are included at no additional cost.

2. Order Processing & Preparation

• Once your order is confirmed, your sauna is scheduled for preparation and dispatch.

• All components — including the cabin structure, benches, glazing, and heating elements — are prepared, quality checked, and securely packaged for shipment.

3. Delivery Organisation

When your sauna is ready, we organise pallet delivery of the flat-pack components to your address (kerbside).

4. Pre-Installation Preparation

THE GOLDEN RULE: While this document provides manufacturer guidelines, you must always defer to the professional judgment of your Registered Electrician. They will determine the safe cable route and the capacity of your consumer unit. If their on-site assessment contradicts this brief, follow the electrician’s instructions.

1. Power Infrastructure Requirements

The circuit must be designed based on your selected stove wattage.

• Integrated Lighting: The White LED strips are low voltage and pre-wired to an internal transformer/hub. Your electrician will connect this hub to the main incoming 230V feed.
• Armoured Cable (SWA): Steel Wire Armoured cable is mandatory for the run from the house to the Cube.
• Isolation Switch: A weatherproof, lockable Double-Pole Isolation Switch must be mounted within sight of the sauna but at least 1 meter away from the door to avoid steam contact.

2. Safety & Environmental Protection

1. Receipt & Visual Audit (Mandatory)

• The 24-Hour Inspection Rule: You must unbox and inspect the 8mm smoked black tempered glass, the waterproof black exterior panels, and the ThermoWood® internal sections within 24 hours of delivery.
• Surface Finish: Check the black waterproof coating for any transit scuffs. While minor touch-ups are possible, deep structural gouges must be reported immediately.
• Storage: The Raw Pine benches and the White LED strips must be kept indoors until the shell is weather-tight. The floor protection mat should be the first item placed on your foundation.

2. Site Preparation: The "Level Monolith"

1. Warranty Duration

Holl’s (Poolstar) provides a premium warranty reflecting the industrial resilience of Finnish ThermoWood®:

• Wood Structure: 4-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects, structural failure, or rot in the 40mm ThermoWood® planks and floor frame.
• Electronics: 2-Year Warranty covering the integrated white LED backrest strips, control hub, and internal wiring.
• Stove: If a stove (4.5kW to 8kW+) is purchased separately, it is governed by its own manufacturer’s warranty terms.
• Usage: These terms apply strictly to private domestic home installations.

2. Conditions for Validity

To maintain your coverage, the following environmental and technical standards are mandatory:

• Certified Professional Hardwiring: The unit must be hardwired by a Registered Electrician to a dedicated circuit sized for your chosen stove (e.g., 20A for 4.5kW, 40A+ for 8kW). Returns and Refund Policy

At any time after submitting your order online or by telephone and up to 14 days following the date you receive the items from us (“Cooling Off Period”) you decide you no longer want an item, we will be happy to exchange the item or give you a full refund provided that you notify our After Sales team at any time before the Cooling Off Period ends by post or email that you wish to cancel the item and, where the item has already been delivered, it must be returned to us ‘as new’ – unused and complete in the original packaging.

If at the time of cancellation the item has already been dispatched or delivered to you, you must return the cancelled item to us (at your own cost) in accordance with our returns policy. Please package the item securely and return it to us together with the original delivery note.

The Consumer Contracts Regulations require refunds to be made within 14 days of the date the customer sends notice of cancellation.

If you are purchasing an item from Balance Recovery by distance means (whether online or via telephone) as a business and not as a consumer, items may only be returned for a refund at Balance Recovery’s discretion; non-stock items are subject to a restocking charge of 25% of the relevant order value. Custom-manufactured items may not be refundable.

If you wish to cancel an item you have ordered, please notify our After-Sales team by email. As we process orders immediately, it may not always be possible to prevent an item from being dispatched.

We will refund the reasonable costs you incur in returning the following items to us:

• Items we delivered to you in error
• Items which are faulty or damaged upon delivery
• Items which are substitutes for items originally ordered

We ask that you send us copies of receipts for such costs.

In all other circumstances (including where you cancel an item during the Cooling-Off Period), you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

Suppose we do not receive the original item back from you, together with the original delivery note. In that case, we may arrange for the collection of the item from the delivery address and may recover from you the charges (not exceeding direct costs) we incur in doing so. Until you return items to us, you are responsible for their safekeeping and taking reasonable care of them. We do not accept liability for packages damaged during transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap items adequately to prevent damage.

Faulty or Damaged Items

• If the item/s you ordered are damaged or have parts missing upon receipt, provided you inform our After Sales team within 48 hours of receiving the items (supplying them with the reference details shown on the delivery documentation together with details of the damage or missing items and pictures of any damage), we will offer a replacement or a refund.
• If the item(s) you ordered are faulty upon receipt or fail within the first 30 days, we will collect the defective item(s) and offer a replacement or a refund.
