Holl’s Canopée 6 | 6-Person Full-Spectrum Triple Care Infrared Sauna

The Holl’s Canopée 6 (HL-CNP06) is a 2026 masterpiece in domestic wellness, where architectural design meets clinical-grade infrared technology. Engineered for a social yet restorative experience, this 185 x 185 cm cabin utilises Triple Care Technology to deliver the entire spectrum of infrared waves (Short, Medium, and Long). By combining Quartz, Magnesium, and Carbon emitters, the Canopée 6 allows up to six users to choose between deep-tissue muscle relaxation, cellular detoxification, or skin-surface rejuvenation—all within a single session.

Crafted from sustainably sourced, knot-free Canadian Spruce, the Canopée 6 is hand-polished to ensure a luxury finish that remains free of resin. With integrated Bluetooth resonance audio, an automatic air purifier, and advanced 7-colour chromotherapy, it is the definitive 2026 "Smart Sauna" for high-end residential wellness suites.

Why the Canopée 6 is the 2026 Benchmark for Infrared:

1. Triple Care "Reset & Restore" Technology

The Canopée 6 is not just a heater; it is a multi-modal recovery station:

  • Dual Healthy Emitters (x7): Users can toggle between Quartz (Shortwave/Intense heat for muscle repair) and Magnesium (Medium-wave for detoxification).
  • Carbon Panels (x5): Strategically placed to provide a uniform, long-wave ambient temperature that relaxes the mind and maintains the "Zen" atmosphere.
  • Ambient Floor Emitters (x2): Ensures total body immersion, eliminating cold spots and providing 360-degree thermal coverage.

2. High-Density Canadian Spruce & Ergonomics

In 2026, the quality of timber is a primary search filter. The Canopée 6 offers:

  • Knot-Free Finish: Every slat is hand-worked from high-altitude spruce to ensure a perfectly smooth, hypoallergenic surface that reflects the premium 10-year wood warranty.
  • Generous Social Bench Width: The interior is designed with "slat-wall" aesthetics and extra-wide benches, ensuring six adults can sit comfortably without feeling cramped.

3. Integrated "Smart-Spa" Features

  • Bio-Frequency Chromotherapy: A 7-colour LED system (Red to Purple) acts on light-sensitive skin receptors to influence mood and physiological recovery.
  • Resonance Audio & Tech Suite: Features MP3/Bluetooth audio through resonance speakers, plus dedicated holders for smartphones, magazines, drinks, and towels.
  • Pure Air Purifier: An automated air filtration system constantly cleanses the cabin air, removing impurities and ensuring a fresh oxygen supply during high-heat sessions.

  • Electrical Requirement: The 4000W total output requires a dedicated 20A to 25A single-phase supply. It is highly recommended that this unit be hard-wired to a dedicated circuit breaker to ensure the electronics and audio resonance system operate at peak fidelity.
  • Assembly: Features a modular "Quick-Click" panel system. Due to the size of the 185 cm panels, a three-person team is recommended for a 2-hour assembly.
  • Indoor Suitability: Designed for high-end interior rooms. The secured glass door with a wooden cool-touch handle ensures maximum thermal retention and safety.
  • Site Preparation: Install on a perfectly level surface. Unlike steam saunas, infrared cabins do not require waterproof flooring, making them suitable for carpeted or hardwood areas.

Following these steps will help ensure a seamless delivery and setup of your Holl’s Sauna or France Sauna, whether you are installing it at home or in a professional wellness environment.

1. Place Your Order

  • Choose your preferred Holl’s Sauna or France Sauna model — whether infrared, traditional indoor, hybrid, or outdoor. Complete your purchase on our website by providing your delivery address.
  • The price listed includes delivery within mainland UK (exclusions include the Channel Islands, areas of Scotland, and Ireland).
  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately with your order details, estimated delivery timeframe, and next steps.
  • To ensure smooth access on the day of delivery, we may request photos or a short video of the delivery area, access routes, or surrounding space.

  • All saunas are held in our UK warehouse and prepared for dispatch once your order is confirmed. Kerbside delivery and unloading are included at no additional cost.

2. Order Processing & Preparation

  • Once your order is confirmed, your sauna is scheduled for preparation and dispatch.
  • Our saunas are crafted from premium-grade wood, selected for durability, insulation, and aesthetic quality.
  • All components — including the cabin structure, benches, glazing, and heating elements — are prepared, quality checked, and securely packaged for shipment.

3. Delivery Organisation

When your sauna is ready, we organise pallet delivery of the flat-pack components to your address (kerbside).

You will be notified of:

  • Delivery date
  • Estimated time window
  • Any access requirements (e.g., suitable driveway space for pallet trucks)
  • Your sauna is dispatched directly from our UK warehouse, and unloading is included at no additional charge.

4. Pre-Installation Preparation

Before delivery, please ensure:

  • Confirm the structure is level and stable
  • Check all doors, glazing, and ventilation
  • After wiring is complete, perform a first heat-up test
  • Obtain any required electrical certification from your electrician

8. Enjoy Your Sauna & Ongoing Support

CRITICAL: NOTICE TO THE PROPERTY OWNER

Owner’s Brief for the Holl’s Canopée 6 (6-Person)

The Canopée 6 has a total power draw of 4.0kW (Approx 17.4 Amps). In the UK, a standard domestic 3-pin plug is fused at 13 Amps.

THE GOLDEN RULE: This unit must be hardwired to a dedicated circuit. Plugging this 4000W system into a standard household socket will cause the plug to overheat and will likely trip your circuit breaker immediately. You must appoint a Registered Electrician for the installation.

1. Power Infrastructure Requirements

The system must support the simultaneous operation of 7 Dual Healthy Emitters, 5 Carbon Panels, and 2 Floor Emitters.

Via Control Hub

Pre-wired

  • Circuit Specification: A dedicated 20A or 32A radial circuit is required. A 32A breaker is preferred to provide a safety margin for the 17.4A continuous draw.
  • Cable Selection: Your electrician will likely use 4mm² or 6mm² cable. Given the high-tech nature of infrared control boards, voltage drop must be minimised to prevent the emitters from flickering or underperforming.
  • Isolation Switch: A 20A/32A Double-Pole Isolation Switch should be positioned outside the cabin.

2. Electronic Protection & Interference

  • RCD Protection: A 30mA RCD is mandatory. This protects the sophisticated control boards and the unique resonance audio system from surge damage.
  • Bluetooth & Audio Shielding: Ensure the power cables are routed away from the audio resonance speakers where possible to prevent "60-cycle hum" or interference with the Bluetooth stream.
  • Air Purifier Power: The automatic air purifier is powered through the main control hub. No additional wiring is required, but the hub must have sufficient ventilation to prevent overheating during 4000W sessions.

3. Emitter Configuration & Floor Heating

  • Ambient Floor Emitters: These are unique to the Canopée. The electrician must ensure the floor-level connections are seated perfectly and protected from any foot traffic during the assembly phase.
  • Triple Care Logic: The control box manages the switch between Quartz (muscle relief) and Magnesium (detox). Your electrician should verify that the control panel initialises correctly and that all 14 zones respond to the "Reset & Restore" programming.

4. Commissioning

  • Certification: Ensure your electrician provides an Electrical Installation Certificate (EIC). This document is required to validate your 2-year electronics warranty and confirms the 4000W load is safe for your property.
  • Thermal Test: Once wired, run the "Zen Mode" pre-program. Check that the backrest, calf, and floor emitters all reach operating temperature within the first 10–15 minutes.

Owner’s Electrical Action Plan

  1. Survey: Confirm your home's consumer unit has a spare way for a 32A breaker.
  2. Hardwire Hookup: Verify with your electrician that the 4mm²/6mm² cable is pulled to the installation corner.
  3. Safety Check: Test the Automatic Air Purifier function and the 7-colour LED Chromotherapy.
  4. Documentation: File the EIC certificate alongside your Holl's manual for future warranty reference.

Delivery & Installation Protocol: Holl's Canopée 6

HL-CNP06 | 6-Person Triple Care Infrared Flagship

Unlike steam saunas, the Canopée is packed with sensitive electronic emitters and resonance audio systems. Assembly requires a focus on delicate cable management and precise panel alignment to protect the high-tech interior.

1. Receipt & "High-Tech" Audit (Mandatory)

  • The 24-Hour Inspection Rule: You must unbox and inspect the 8mm safety glass door, the 14 infrared emitters (Dual Healthy & Carbon), and the knot-free Spruce panels within 24 hours.
  • Emitter Glass Check: Inspect the glass covers of the Quartz/Magnesium emitters. Any cracks in these covers are a safety hazard and must be reported immediately.
  • Component Inventory: Confirm the inclusion of the Bluetooth resonance speakers, the 7-colour LED chromotherapy system, and the "comfort kit" (drink, towel, and smartphone holders).

2. Site Preparation: The 185x185 "Reset" Zone

  • The Foundation: A 185 x 185 cm level surface is essential. Because this unit features Ambient Floor Emitters, the sub-floor must be completely flat to prevent stress on the floor-integrated heating elements.
  • Indoor Only: The Canopée is a sophisticated electronic device. It must be installed in a dry, temperature-controlled indoor room. Exposure to high humidity or cold (like a damp garage) will damage the infrared control boards.
  • Clearance: With a height of 190cm, ensure at least 205cm of ceiling height to allow for the connection of the top-mounted control cables.

3. Installation Pathway: The Electronics-Heavy Build

Pathway A: Professional Installation (Recommended)

  • Wiring Complexity: With 14 emitters, floor heating, and resonance speakers, there is a significant amount of low-voltage wiring. Professionals ensure these are channelled correctly behind the decorative wall slats without being pinched.
  • Resonance Audio: Correct mounting of the resonance speakers is key to achieving the immersive "Reset & Restore" audio effect.

Pathway B: Self-Assembly (3 Person Task)

  • Panel Weight: The 185cm Spruce panels are large and heavy. Two people are needed to hold the walls plumb while a third person secures the buckles or screws.
  • Cable Connections: Follow the "Plug & Play" colour-coded wiring guide carefully. Ensure every emitter is clicked firmly into the control hub before the bench or backrests are installed.
  • Slat Alignment: The Canopée features a designer slat layout on the walls. Align these carefully to ensure the aesthetic "flow" of the hand-polished spruce is maintained.

4. Commissioning & Chromotherapy Calibration

  • The "Clean Bake": Before the first use, run the sauna at 50°C for 60 minutes with the door open. This activates the Automatic Air Purifier and clears any "new wood" scents or manufacturing dust.
  • Bluetooth Sync: Pair your smartphone to the resonance speakers to verify audio quality.
  • Chromotherapy Test: Cycle through all 7 colours (Red to Purple). Eachcolourr is designed to influence well-being differently; ensure the LED transition is smooth.

Installation Readiness Checklist

  •  Inspection: All 14 emitters and glass door checked within 24 hours?
  •  Floor: Level 185x185cm area ready for the ambient floor heaters?
  • Power: Dedicated 20A/32A supply ready for the 4000W load?
  •  Network: Bluetooth-ready device available to test the resonance audio?
  • Team: 3 adults confirmed for the assembly date?

Holl’s Canopée 6: Warranty Statement

HL-CNP06 | Triple Care Infrared Protection Terms

The Canopée 6 is a premium wellness instrument. To protect your market-leading 10-year wood warranty and 2-year electronics coverage, the following professional standards for infrared systems must be strictly observed.

1. Warranty Duration

Holl’s provides an industry-leading guarantee for this high-specification model:

  • Wood Structure: 10-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects, structural failure, or rot of the knot-free Canadian Spruce panels.
  • Electronics: 2-Year Warranty covering the 14 infrared emitters (Quartz/Magnesium/Carbon), the Triple Care control hub, the resonance audio system, and the automatic air purifier.
  • Usage: These terms apply strictly to private domestic indoor installations.

2. Conditions for Validity

To maintain your coverage, these technical and environmental conditions are mandatory:

  • Certified 4000W Hardwiring: The Canopée 6 draws 17.4A. Connection via a standard 13A plug or a domestic extension lead will cause terminal melting and circuit failure, and voids the 2-year electronics warranty. A dedicated 20A/32A hardwired circuit installed by a Registered Electrician is mandatory.
  • Indoor Climate Control: A high-tech electronic device. Installation in unheated garages, damp outbuildings, or outdoors will void the 10-year wood warranty and the 2-year electronics warranty. The infrared control boards and resonance speakers are not designed for high-humidity or freezing environments.
  • The "Floor Emitter" Rule: The floor must be 100% level. Any structural "twist" caused by an uneven floor can stress the ambient floor emitters and the large 8mm glass door, which is considered an installation fault.

3. The 24-Hour Inspection Rule (Electronics & Glass)

  • Safety Glass: You must unbox and inspect the glass door and the protective covers of the Dual Healthy emitters for transit damage within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Knot-Free Finish: Inspect the hand-polished Spruce panels for any transit-related impacts.
  • Audio & Purification: The Bluetooth resonance system and air purifier should be tested during the first power-on to ensure no internal components were jarred during shipping.

4. Material Integrity & Care

  • Breathable Wood Protection: To maintain the 10-year warranty, you must apply a breathable oil-based finish to the interior and exterior wood. However, you must ensure this finish does not touch the infrared emitter surfaces or the electronic sensors.
  • No Non-Breathable Sealants: Use of varnish, gloss paint, or non-breathable stains on the interior Spruce will void the 10-year warranty, as the wood must remain porous to handle infrared thermal cycles.
  • Emitter Care: Never touch the Quartz or Magnesium elements with your bare hands during installation, as skin oils can cause hotspots and premature failure.

5. Claims Procedure

In the event of a technical or structural issue:

  1. Documentation: Provide your original purchase record and the GTIN (HL-CNP06).
  2. Electrical Evidence: For any electronic or emitter claims, you must provide the Electrical Installation Certificate (EIC) showing a dedicated 20A+ feed.
  3. Visuals: Clear photos of the control panel, the emitter configuration, and the EIC will be required.

Warranty Validity Checklist

  •  Inspection: Reported any transit damage to the 14 emitters or glass within 24 hours?
  • Environment: Is the sauna in a temperature-controlled indoor room?
  • Electrical: Is the 4000W system hardwired and certified by a registered electrician?
  • Wood Care: Has a breathable oil-based finish been applied to the Spruce?
