1. Place Your Order Choose the Onni Mini and complete your purchase online; you'll receive an order confirmation with your reference number.

2. Dispatch & Preparation Your order is prepared for dispatch. The cabin is supplied flat-packed in modular sections with all hardware and the instruction manual included.

3. Delivery to Your Address Free kerbside delivery across the UK mainland. Please ensure someone is available to receive the boxes; you'll typically be contacted to arrange a convenient day.

4. Receipt & Inspection Inspect all packaging on arrival and check every component against the manual. Report anything missing or damaged straight away, and keep packaging until the cabin is fully assembled and working.

5. Assembly & Plug-In The Onni Mini is designed for straightforward self-assembly — if you're comfortable with flat-pack furniture, you'll be fine (two people and basic tools recommended). Position it indoors on a level, dry floor with adequate ventilation, then plug it into a standard 13-amp wall socket — no electrician or hard-wiring required. We recommend a dedicated wall socket rather than an extension lead. Professional installation is available if preferred.

6. First Session & Aftercare Set your temperature, lighting and audio, and enjoy your first full-spectrum infrared session. Care for the wood, keep the cabin ventilated, and periodically test the controls, lighting and audio. Keep your proof of purchase for any warranty claim.

The Harvia Onni Mini Delivery & Installation

Delivery We offer free kerbside delivery across the UK mainland. The Onni Mini arrives flat-packed in modular sections; delivery times are confirmed at order (most Harvia products dispatch quickly, while items shipped direct from the Harvia factory in Finland carry a lead time confirmed before or during fulfilment).

Assembly The Onni Mini is supplied with full assembly instructions and is straightforward for anyone comfortable with flat-pack furniture — two people and basic tools are recommended. Prefer a professional install? We can arrange this at additional cost, quoted to your location.

Plug-in — no electrician required This is a plug-and-play cabin: it runs from a standard 13-amp UK socket (230 V, ~6 A draw). No hard-wiring or electrical work is needed — simply plug it in. We recommend a dedicated wall socket (not an extension lead) and, if you're unsure about your socket or circuit, having it checked by a qualified electrician. The Onni Mini is for indoor use, in a dry, ventilated space.

Harvia Manufacturer's Warranty

The Harvia Onni Mini comes with a Harvia manufacturer's warranty as standard, giving you long-term confidence in your purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing and technical defects arising during normal use within the warranty period, including necessary repairs or replacement parts.

Please note: the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect or accidental damage (such as impacts, scratches or water exposure), or by installation and use outside the manufacturer's guidance. Returns and Refunds Policy: Made-to-Order Collection

1. The Nature of Your Purchase

• Items in our made-to-order range are prepared specifically for your order. Please verify the dimensions, access route and a suitable 13-amp socket before finalising.

2. Natural Material Disclosure

• Abachi is a natural timber; grain, knots and tone may vary slightly from images, and minor movement can occur as the wood adapts — these are not defects.

3. Order Cancellations and Amendments

• You may cancel or amend within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, but before the order is dispatched/prepared, a small administration fee may apply. Once prepared for dispatch, cancellation may not be possible.

4. Damages and Manufacturing Faults

• Inspect your delivery on arrival and report any transit damage to contact@balancerecovery.co.uk within 48 hours with photographs. Manufacturing defects are handled in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

5. Statutory Rights

• Your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods remain fully protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. For non-bespoke stocked items, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 14-day cancellation right may also apply — we'll confirm based on how your order is fulfilled.
