• Integrated Assistance: We provide kerbside delivery as standard. However, if access permits, our crew will navigate the pallet as close to your foundation as possible and assist in manually carrying the individual components from the pallet to your designated installation site.

The Family M requires a foundation engineered for zero structural movement. Even a minor gradient can cause the 40mm Spruce frame to shift, impacting the seal of the 8mm safety glass door.

To ensure your Family M is established to the Balance Recovery Standard, your warranty is formally "Activated" upon the submission of your Electrical Installation Certificate (EIC) and confirmation of your initial timber treatment.

• The Professional Tier (2-Year Comprehensive): Valid when the Balance Recovery Team performs the full structural installation. This covers structural alignment, hardware mounting, and component performance.
• The Self-Assembly Tier (1-Year Parts): Valid for installations by independent competent carpenters. This covers the manufacturer’s warranty on timber components and Harvia hardware, provided assembly strictly follows the official manual.

The Family M is crafted from Solid Spruce. Because wood is a natural, organic material that reacts to the intense thermal cycles of a 6.0kW heater, we define its evolution as follows:

1. Eligibility — The Made-to-Order Nature of Your Purchase

• Made to Order: Harvia products are made to order and enter production once your order is confirmed.
• Non-Refundable Once Production Begins: Because each item is commissioned specifically for you, orders are non-refundable once production has begun. We cannot accept returns or refunds for a "change of mind" from that point.
• Special Orders, Saunas and Hot Tubs: Special orders, saunas and hot tubs are non-returnable unless under warranty.
• Accuracy: Please verify all site dimensions, specifications and technical requirements before finalising your order.

2. Order Cancellations and Amendments

• Cancellation Window: You may cancel or amend your order at any time before production begins.
• Once Production Begins: After production has started, the order is non-refundable and cancellations cannot be facilitated.
• Accuracy Check: Amendments after order placement are subject to confirmation and may not be possible once your specification has been released to manufacture.

3. Reporting Transit Damage or Missing Items

• Inspect on Delivery: Check all items carefully as soon as they arrive, and note any visible damage on the delivery paperwork.
• Timeframe: Report any transit damage or missing parts promptly — within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.
