1. Standard UK Delivery

Standard doorstep delivery is included in the price of your Chill Tub.

• Service Level: This is a "kerbside" delivery service. The unit will be delivered to the closest accessible point of your property.
• Setup: As this is a portable product, on-site positioning, unboxing, and setup are not included.
• Packaging: All transit packaging is the customer's responsibility to remove and dispose of.

2. Pre-Delivery & Access

Prior to delivery, our logistics team will contact you to ensure that a safe delivery to your property is possible.

• Access Disclosure: You must inform us of any access restrictions (such as narrow lanes, steep driveways, or height limits) before booking your delivery.
• Failed Delivery: If we are not notified of restrictions and delivery cannot be completed, the unit may be left in a safe place at the property or returned for redelivery.
• Fees: Any redelivery required due to undisclosed access issues will incur an additional charge.

3. Coverage & Regional Surcharges

• Excluded Locations: Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands/Islands, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, the Scilly Isles, Jersey, and Guernsey are excluded from standard pricing.
• A custom quote from an external freight company will be required, and the cost difference will be charged to the customer prior to dispatch.
• Warranty Notice: For the excluded locations listed above, the warranty covers parts only.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding returns, cancellations, and refunds. Please note that nothing in this policy affects your statutory legal rights.

1. Mandatory Return Authorisation

All refunds and returns must be authorised by our team before any products are returned. Please do not dispatch a return without contacting us first, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted or processed.

2. Changing Your Mind (Cancellations)

If you exercise your legal right to change your mind and cancel your contract, the following conditions apply:

• Timeframe: You must return the products to us within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to end the contract.
• Condition of Goods: The product must be returned to us in a fully saleable condition.
• Deductions: We reserve the right to deduct from your final refund amount if the returned product shows any signs of wear, use, or damage.
• Non-Refundable Fees: Original delivery charges are strictly non-refundable.
• Return Costs: You are fully responsible for the cost of returning the item to us if you change your mind. If you require us to collect the product, we will charge you the direct cost of collection. This collection fee must be paid in full before the collection takes place.

Exceptions: The right to return goods due to a change of mind does not apply in the following circumstances:

• The product has been used.
• The product was custom-made or bespoke specifically for you.

3. Faulty or Misdescribed Products

If you are returning a product because it is faulty or has been misdescribed, please notify us immediately.

• Examination: We will carefully examine the returned product.
• Resolution: If we agree that the product is faulty and we are unable to provide a suitable replacement or repair, we will notify you of your refund via telephone or email within a reasonable timeframe.
• Return Costs: We will cover the cost of returning the product if it is confirmed to be faulty or misdescribed.

4. The Refund Process

Once a return has been received, inspected, and approved, we will process your refund as quickly as possible.
