• Redlight Beds: These offer a systemic, full-body treatment. By lying inside a 360-degree chamber, every inch of your skin and muscle tissue receives therapeutic light simultaneously. This is the most efficient method for total-body recovery, reducing systemic inflammation, and improving sleep cycles. It is a passive, relaxing experience similar to a spa treatment.
• Redlight Panels: These are targeted, modular devices. They are ideal for treating specific areas (such as a sore knee, lower back pain, or facial skin rejuvenation) or for those with limited space. While you can achieve full-body benefits with large panels, you typically need to stand up and rotate your body to treat all sides, making the session longer and more active than using a bed.

Yes. Both our professional beds and panels utilise high-quality Dual-Chip LED Technology to deliver the two most clinically researched wavelengths:

• 660nm (Deep Red): Visible light that targets skin health, boosting collagen production and reducing fine lines.
• 850nm (Near-Infrared): Invisible light that penetrates deep into muscle tissue, joints, and bone to aid recovery and lower pain levels.

• Redlight Panels: These are designed for "plug-and-play" simplicity. They operate on a standard UK domestic 3-pin plug and can be hung on a door, placed on a floor stand, or propped against a wall.
• Redlight Beds: Due to their immense power (often 5000W+), full-body beds require a dedicated electrical circuit installed by an electrician. They cannot be plugged into a standard wall socket. You will also need a dedicated room or space (approx. 2.5m x 1.5m) with good ventilation to allow the cooling fans to operate efficiently.
  
  

 Irradiance (measured in mW/cm²) is the "dose" of energy your body receives.

• Panels: High-quality panels often deliver high irradiance concentrated in a smaller area. However, the effective dose drops significantly if you stand too far away.
• Beds: A bed delivers a consistent, high-power dose across the entire body because the LEDs are positioned just inches from your skin. This ensures that your calves, back, and shoulders all receive the exact same level of therapeutic energy as your face.

Whether you use a bed or a panel, consistency is the key to cellular change.

• Frequency: We recommend 3 to 4 sessions per week.
• Duration: For a bed, 10–15 minutes is sufficient for a full-body charge. For a panel, you may need 10–20 minutes per treatment area (e.g., 10 mins on face, 10 mins on back).

Yes. The LED intensity of professional-grade equipment is far brighter than standard domestic lighting.

• In a Panel: If you are facing the panel or treating your face, you must wear the blackout goggles provided.
• In a Bed: Because your entire visual field is surrounded by light, we strongly recommend wearing goggles to prevent eye strain and allow you to fully relax during the session.

No. Red and Near-Infrared light cannot penetrate clothing effectively. To get the maximum benefit from your investment—whether it is a targeted panel session or a full-body bed immersion—treatment should always be done on bare skin.
