We provide a comprehensive Free Delivery, Positioning, and Full Installation service for every Orca Leisure hot tub in our collection. Unlike "kerbside-only" retailers, our specialist two-man team manages the entire process from transit to first-fill. This service includes:

• Expert Positioning: We maneuver the tub to your desired location using professional spa dollies.
• Full Commissioning: We unwrap the unit, remove all transit packaging, and build your steps and cover lifter on-site.
• Electrical Connection: Our team will connect the tub to your pre-installed electrical supply (provided it meets our specifications).
• System Handover: We begin the filling process, test the Stormforce™ pumps, and provide a basic "handover" demonstration to ensure you are confident operating your new spa.
• Waste Removal: We take all packaging away, leaving your garden clean and ready for use.

To ensure a smooth "plug-and-play" experience on delivery day, we ask our customers to prepare two key areas:

• The Base: A solid, level foundation is essential. This should be a 4-inch reinforced concrete pad, level paving slabs, or a structural timber deck capable of supporting the full weight (water + occupants).
• The Power Supply: Your electrical supply (13A or 32A, depending on your model) must be installed by a qualified electrician prior to our arrival. It should terminate at a waterproof isolator within reach of the tub so our team can perform the final connection and commissioning.

To ensure our team can commission your tub on delivery day, your electrical supply must be ready:

• 13A Models: A standard outdoor waterproof socket within reach of the tub.
• 32A Models: A dedicated RCD-protected circuit with a rotary isolator switch.

As a UK reseller, we will provide you with a detailed Electrical Specification sheet upon order to ensure your local electrician sets everything up correctly.

If your property has high walls, narrow side passages, or obstacles that a two-man team cannot bypass, a crane may be required.

• We ask that customers arrange local crane hire.
• This ensures you get the best local price and that the crane company can perform a site survey to provide the correct reach.
• Our team will coordinate with your crane provider to ensure the tub is safely lowered onto its foundation before we begin installation.

Orca Leisure is a UK-based manufacturer that understands British weather. The tubs feature Triplex or "Reflect-IT" insulation, which uses reflective foil and high-density foam to trap heat within the cabinet.

This "Heat-Lock" system drastically reduces energy consumption by recycling the heat generated by the pumps to help keep the water at the desired temperature.

Your hot tub must be placed on a solid, level base. A full tub with occupants can weigh over 1.5 tons, so grass or loose soil is not sufficient. We recommend:

• A 4-inch reinforced concrete pad.
• Level paving slabs on a mortar bed.

A structural timber deck (verified for weight load).

• A level base is essential to ensure an even water level and prevent stress on the acrylic shell.
