Unlike our permanent hot tub ranges, MSpa products are designed for ultimate portability and are delivered via a Standard Kerbside Service. The unit arrives in a compact, manageable box (or on a single pallet for larger models like the Oslo) at the nearest kerbside location to your property. Because they are lightweight and boxed, you can easily move them through standard doorways or side gates to your garden or patio yourself.

Yes. MSpa is famous for its M-ONE™ Auto Inflation technology. You simply connect the control box, press the 'Bubble' and 'Up' buttons, and the spa inflates itself in minutes. There is no need for external pumps or complex tools. Once inflated, you just fill it with a garden hose, plug it into a standard UK 13A outdoor socket, and start heating.

• Frame Series (e.g., Oslo, Mono): These are "Rigid Spas" that use DWF (Drop Stitch) material or wood-look panels. They provide the sturdiness of a traditional tub but remain fully portable.
• Muse Series (e.g., Carlton): The luxury line featuring both Hydrotherapy Jets (water massage) and air bubbles, providing a clinical-level massage experience.
• Urban/Comfort Series: High-quality inflatable models that focus on a relaxing, all-around bubble massage and ease of use.

MSpa leads the market in hygiene technology. Most models feature a built-in UVC Sanitizer that kills over 60 types of bacteria and pathogens using light alone as water passes through the control box. Higher-end models also include an O3 Ozone Generator, which is 50 times more effective than chlorine at removing odors and bacteria, significantly reducing the amount of chemicals you need to use.

Yes, thanks to the Anti-Icing System. When the water temperature drops below 1°C, the heater automatically kicks in to warm the water to 3°C. This prevents the water from freezing and protects the pump, pipes, and liner from damage during a British frost.

MSpa has engineered an internal control box that houses the motor and pump. This design helps absorb noise and vibration, making these some of the quietest portable hot tubs on the market. You can enjoy your soak without the loud "vacuum cleaner" hum associated with cheaper inflatable brands.

All MSpa models are designed for a standard 220-240V UK power supply. They come with a 13A plug and an RCD (Residual Current Device) for safety. For the best performance and safety, we recommend plugging directly into a waterproof outdoor socket rather than using an extension lead.
