Question 1

Which sauna/Ice bath/Hot tub is best for me?

Accepted Answer

The best product depends on your available space, whether it will be used indoors or outdoors, how many people will use it, and what features matter most such as heating performance, insulation, filtration, and controls. If you're unsure, take our product quiz or contact us and we'll recommend the best option for your goals and budget.

Question 2

Do you supply products for homes and commercial venues (gyms/spas/wellness facilities)?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we supply products for both home users and commercial settings, including gyms, studios, spas, wellness clinics, and hospitality venues. If you're buying for commercial use, contact us or book a consultation so we can recommend suitable models and help you choose the right specification.

Question 3

Do you offer a price match guarantee? How does it work?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we offer a Price Match Guarantee. If you find the same product available at a lower price elsewhere, contact us with the details and we'll review it and do our best to match it, subject to availability and like-for-like terms.

Question 4

Is delivery free to Mainland UK?

Accepted Answer

Delivery is free to Mainland UK, as outlined in our Shipping Policy. For remote areas or special delivery requirements, additional charges may apply. This will be detailed in the buying guide or product page, and we will confirm this where relevant.

Question 5

What is your standard returns window?

Accepted Answer

Return windows vary by brand. Our standard returns period is outlined in our Refund Policy. In some cases, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to conditions.

Question 6

Can I cancel my order? What happens if it’s already dispatched?

Accepted Answer

You may request cancellation depending on the order status. If the order has not yet been put into production, we can usually cancel it subject to deposit or made-to-order terms and an administration fee. If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and the order may need to be handled as a return with delivery or collection fees potentially applying.

Question 7

How can I contact you (phone / WhatsApp / email) and when do you reply?

Accepted Answer

You can contact us via phone, email, live chat, or WhatsApp through our contact page. We aim to respond as quickly as possible during business hours. For urgent queries such as delivery issues or damaged goods, please include your order number for faster support.

Question 8

Can I schedule a discovery call before ordering?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we're happy to help you choose the right product before you purchase. Visit our Contact Us page to schedule a call, and we'll walk you through the best options based on your space, goals, and budget. You can also contact us via phone, email, live chat, or WhatsApp.
